Completely unprofessional, simply telling wrong address. Using rough slang for customer. Please do not use any service from this franchises.

U most should improve Hyderabad and local couriers to fastest dilivery

Please don’t send anything from professional couriers if you want to have a piece of mind.

My consignment was booked on Sept 12 and till date the delivery is not made. Moreover, there is no tracking details available about the consignment on their website post September 13.

Trying to reach out to their customer service and they are really unprofessional and fail to understand simple English.

Extremely poor service. Had a very bad experience of unresponsive service. They do not even have a 24x7 customer service number to register complaints.
