Most pathetic store Experience till date.
Staff is rude and unskilled, not recommended for quality and everyone visit during our 2 hrs wait has complain regarding stiching quality and fitment of dress as per measurement

Worst stitching experience. Avoid this Raymond outlet if you dont want to waste your money

The most pathetic Raymonds outlet, they make the customer fool with their false promises when it comes to the delivery. They charge premium rates but their services are absolutely pathetic.

This is the second time, I have gone through with the same experience as delayed the delivery of my Suit despite a repeated reminders to them and I could not wear that in my function.

I call it a clear cheating and a brand like
Raymonf can't do that with the customers.

The custom tailoring of suit is horrible.
I had given measurements for my suit, when i went for trial, the trouser was quite loose. The tailor said he will make it right.
Finally when i went to collect the trouser, he had made no changes. He said they will do it in 30 mins and send. They send the same trouser with no changes.

This store is not having much collection
of fabrics in Pant as well as in shirt. I brought white shirt fabric from this store and gave for stitching. But his Taylor master is worst and rude as well. He is in hurry all the time. Worst tailor i ever met. And i am confused, brand like Raymond is having these kind of worst tailor. Must fire him form the job. Raymond deserve far better tailor then him for sure.

This shop is fraud. I stitched a suit the tailor spoil my the whole cloth. Does not know how to stitch. Don't even know to stitch pant. Pls avoid.

Such a pathetic stitching services, had to visit them more than 4 times, still fitting has not come out as expected. Attitute of tailor mastor is very rude, when complained, I was told he is a temporary guy. But I still see him after months.

The customized Stitching is very very pathetic.
And people who think they are the Fashion designers, know nothing about the combination.

Just wanted to give -10 star, oh maan!
Please stop tailoring, a road side Taylor would do it much better.
And the cheery on th cake is, I have ordered a Solid Colour shirt and these people have stitched a regular colour.

Seriously very very very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Custom tailoring is very poor

1. They were unable to deliver as they committed
2. Stitching quality is very poor and doesn’t suit well, Outside tailoring is much batter than here

This is very expensive place and not professional to adhere timings. If you intent to stitch suits -then not trust worthy for timings.

One of the worst fitting i could ever see! Just wrinkles all over the pant because of the fitting messup and it was not able to correct by even their so called tailor master! I admire their cloth quality but it's one of the worst stitching services they have. It's better to get stitched at local showrooms at half of their price! Atleast they won't mess up in such a way that even their own masters cant rectify the mistakes.
It's time for @Raymond to see all the negative reviews for the store and realize that all of them are given for the worst stitching service in the store and take action for the same.

Had a lovely experience of buying a suit here. From the first buying of cloth to the multiple reviews. To the final view. Happy to endorse this outlet of the Raymond's and my pal there, Mr. Venkatesh.

Very happy with the fitting of the suit. Got it done within my timeline. Very happy with the overall experience.

1) Below average tailoring
2) Don’t expect any help from the shopkeepers, as they themselves seem less aware
3) No idea/option for design

Sales people were dominate by owner
And telling the price of the clothes Dobled for outside customers.
Not good service.

CUSTOMER FRAUD AND USELESS EXPLANATION!
They will charge you for extra material compared to other Raymond shop. Sales executive dont have any idea about how much required for a Shirt/suit/pant which will end up paying extra material cost. They will never deliver on the promised date so if you have time constraint dont go this store. Whole staff looks new with no experience at all, if you are fine with commuting few extra Kms, try Raymond Jayanagar 4th block.

Collection is good but Shareef (who works here) doesn't give respect, I gave a Raymond cloth they have exchanged my cloth & stiched a local material Really bad experience Don't give for stiching here

I would definitely not suggest this place for custom tailoring. The tailor does not have a very good idea of how to tailor a double breasted suit. It would have been the same if I had gotten the suit stitched from a local tailor and not paid 6k to get it stitched at Raymonds. I have been for 3 suit fittings and the suit does not fall well at all. This is even after the same problem was identified earlier and told to the tailor at the first fitting itself. Very poor experience with a complicated suit style. They do not seem to know what they are doing.

Update: So after a total of 5 trials, the "master" completed the job to acceptable proportions. But imagine this, I had to tell the "master" where to put the top two buttons of the double breasted suit.
