Wow I like villas especially outer banglore villas near to Devanalalli and Dodbalapur road this villa build in tarabanalli village

Large Villas within gated community. Look secure. Serene. Silent. Nice place to listen to favourite music and be blissful.

Best place to view well maintained but could visit only if you have a living guest in there it's not for public visit

Nicely planned villa projects. Only disadvantage is it's little far from main city. All amenities are good. And it's pet friendly.

1st phase is good neatly maintained but 2nd phase is not maintained properly and club house, multipurpose court is not maintained at all

Pretty good gated community with well maintained roads and trees on either sides.

The Mediterranean villas look lovely and you feel you are not in India. At least for a Gulf bred person like me. The builder wants all villas to look alike so it looks like a small foreign town by itself.

The lawns are beautiful and the clubhouse seems big enough for the 200 layouts there. The landscaping is beautifully done and maintained too.

Downsides:

The entry to this place is not well maintained. The path is uneven and the gate wall is quite untidy.

Currently the clubhouse doesn't function efficiently. Like the swimming pool isn't functional, the jacuzzi and sauna/steam aren't in working condition. You can play badminton and tennis though the tennis court looks like it could be renovated. The gym looks fine.

If you're living in phase 2, there are power fluctuations and no regular maintenance for the landscaping.

The other thing may be the distance from supermarkets and you have very few shops outside the place. Amazon delivers there though. You can order from restaurants directly as Swiggy and Zomato don't deliver many times.

Olde Bangalore is diagonally right outside this place. And the Bangalore airport is close by in case you like that.

Hopefully all this will be improved soon for the sake of the current residents and also the potential ones.

Well approach road is good.and the villas are built well.
Again these villas are also built very near to high tension wires

It's a tranquil, picturesque community. The villas and facilities are priced at a premium. The inhabitants are well-off, well mannered individuals.

The club house is poorly maintained since the ownership still rests with the builder.

Very peaceful and calm ambience inside it which is really think tough to find in Bangalore easily. Close to Airport. Does waste management inside the campus.

Villas just 10 min from the airport. 2km off the highway. Good for its serenity. Quite far from the city centre. You would need a car to get around.
Basic amenities are around in a two kilometer radius, nevertheless. They a good, well maintained clubhouse with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym (with good equipment), TT, Badminton, tennis courts, a small golf course, and many other facilities.
Buses to Yelahanka ply every half hour during the day, starting from the entrance to this gated community.
A small village and a two or three other large gated communities are around as well.
