A neat and clean salon for both men and women. I was satisfied with the service in Roots. Greatly recommend.

It's been 7 years and I have not tried any other salon. The staff is so good.the products they use are all A1 quality and safe.must try.

Bad experience, I booked an appointment but still had to wait more than half an hour for the pedicure. I wanted haircut as well but there was no hairstylist available. I don't know what's the point of taking appointment if I had to wait and stylist is not available. Extremely disappointing. Very unprofessional.

I went there for hair colour, they are not good in that. They didn't deposit the color well, when I went to another parlour for the second opinion, he told me they have just bleached your hair no colour is deposited. I went again there as I was not satisfied with their service. I told them the exact colour I want. They did lots of arguments to justify their doing. It was not worth to argue with them. They were saying as if I don't know anything about colouring and it's my first time. Anyway after all arguments they again deposit the color but the shade was too dark and not the one I showed. She was just justifying it by saying, it will fade after washing. They may have other services best. But I will not at all recommend Roots for hair coloring. Just for this I am giving 1 star. The star I gave is still more as per the service provided to me. They are costly and takes the GST as well but not trained in hair coloring. So a big no for hair coloring

Extremely terrible experience.inexperienced staff.so disappointed with the service as simple as eyebrows despite requesting them to do it properly.brusises and all over and strikingly uneven to add on.
And everyone seems least bothered despite telling them the faults

Absolutely unprofessional attitude of the staff. No management and a complete waste of your time. Appointments don't mean anything here. I reached well on time and I was asked to wait. While waiting I see that the guy who was supposed to do hair colour is taking another client. They don't have enough colors available to offer to do hair colour. They promote a service, book an appointment, make you wait and then say sorry we don't have the colour you need.

Rajesh has given a great haircut, highly satisfied and happy with my haircut thank you so much. Highly recommended for hair cut.

I have been a regular customer of The Roots, Sarjapur for a few years now. Their customer service and work is impeccable. They exactly follow your way of styling hair and beard or your personal preferences and also suggests or recommends changes with their expertise. The environment is so clean and have a good parking space as well. So thankful to my stylist Mr. Ali for the amazing service. Inam referring The Roots to my friends as well.

This place is very apt for hair cut and beard trim, got my service done from Rashid and he helped his best to keep the look aligned and suggested tips for growing beard as well.

I have been visiting The Roots (Sarjapur road and now Harlur) from past 5 years for hair smoothening and other services. One of the best salon I have seen. Excellent service, staff and ambience. Even though Roots is far for me, I don't take the risk of going to any other nearby parlours when it comes to hair treatments.

I have come to visit my daughter at Bangalore. She suggested me to avail the services from The Roots Spa and Salon. Since I haven't experienced good eyebrows threading till date, I was sceptical. But Ms. Alina literally did magic. She gave my eyebrows a good shape, which suits my face. I am glad I took my daughter's suggestion and visited this place. Got Keratin Treatment done at “The Roots ” Sarjapur Road branch. Had a great experience. The hairdresser here is an experienced lady. She explained me the treatment really well. It was a good 4 hrs long session and she did the whole treatment very patiently. Really happy with the results.

Prompt at service, as I was in a bit hurry. They did eyebrows, waxing and did my haircut just the way I wanted it (though he was in the middle of an appointment, but he still managed to get sometime out and did my haircut. I appreciate his management!) Worth visiting.
