Dont believe the reviews. Owner, workers and their friends are the only people rate high rating, only the 1star rated are the customers. Ediotic idea to arract people. Just damages your body without any idea on what they do works on seeing how to massage in youtube. Cheats customers by telling some stories.

Good, suggest you all to go with deep tissue oil spa as it is more effective and helpful than any other spa there, prices you have to negotiate there.

Good spa Best massage I have ever had in recent times.
The therapists are professionally trained and know their job well.beautiful ambience, neat, clean and spacious therapy rooms, polite and friendly staff.

Had a very good deep tissue massage with Body scrub the girl is very friendly and cooperative she took care of me very well all my stress and pain have gone she removed all my knots and got full relaxation. Highly recommend will surely visit the therapist name is rose. I recommend her

If your looking for a genuine spa experience, this is the one. I had my first body massage ever and I remember the experience to this day, it was an amazing experience and felt rejuvenated. I love n enjoyed the massage and the soothing music which places on the background. The products used are very good and has lasting effects. It’s worth the money spent. The head of spa, neo has a heart of gold and always in service to others with good intentions. She always suggest the best and appropriate options to the customers.saniya is always very courteous and explains everything in details about the service offered. The staff is very friendly and they make sure your comfortable while providing service. Now I have become a regular customer and definitely recommended everyone to try here.

Me and my wife had a great experience. Therapist will offer you great massage. We was also offered stretches at the end. So that I was an added bonus. My therapist was tracy and I just wanted to mention her name, thinking the owner would know that therapist did a good job. The person at reception was good. Despite not having done prior booking on that day, she managed to provide the service in 10 minutes. Well done Team THE SPA.

Feel the soothing experience
I never gone before this to visit any spa. But i heard about the spa & its been a very awesome experience for me when i visited there. The way they treated believe me it was a very nice experience, the environment, the staff is very good. And finally about their massage, i feel very stressful but massage i feel very nice, comfortable & relax. I have decide to go their at least once in a month.

I went to The spa yesterday with friend and everything was so wonderful. The receptionist is very helpful and very nice. She accomodate us and made us feel special. The one who did my massage for 90 minutes named rose if im not mistaken was so good.i loved the way she massage me and made me feel good and relax. Thumbs up for these lady.:)

I had visited the spa just now i had taken deep tissue hot oil therapy trust me the therapist did me a very good massage she given a perfect pressure and all my pain is vanished had a very good service with friendly therapist will visit soon.

Highly recommended to treat yourself ones or twice in the month one of the best places to relax and enjoy every moment, it was a good idea to pamper our self before finals.
Also, they provide a private section for couples.
The staff was lovely and professional.
I hope they make a good promotion in the future cuz we want to try the varities of therapy and we are students and we can't afford many.
Will visit soon.:)

I have visited The Spa today along with my friend. It had to be the most relaxing, enjoyable and pleasant time spending for both, that’s After I got enough good refers about The SPA I have made my choice.
From the moment we arrived we got great hospitality and care. Courteous and smiling therapist receptionist has met us and kindly showed and explained about facilities around.
We have booked “shiyastu massage” 90 andmin section and she have given body scrub complimentory it was perfectly and done by therapists Llily and boicy were very caring and professional.
On about of leaving we have met manager she asked us about our experience, she was very professional and gentle. I would like to thank her again for perfectly organized environment and suggesting the best massage were we will feel relaxed there, for every person who had worked with us made us feel so comfortable and pleased in this place.

Tried it out and can only say: bad, worse, worst.the only thing, that was okay, was the confirmation of the booking.everything else is just poor.sorry guys, if u want to make money, u shoult think about your business model! There are mach better SPA in this LOCALITY than yours.my recommendation: don´t try it. BETTER SAVE YOUR MONEY

Me n my friend were surprised with 90 min massage and full body scrub at THE spa. This is the best massage and fantastic Scrub that i ever had. Very professional therapist. Welcoming and friendly receptionist. Very helpful and so accomodating attendant. Huge thank you for a wonderful experience.definitely will recommend this spa and come back.

I just tried to visit this nice spa for my back pain and well i found this spa i like the neat and clean massage service we had i never been treated well like this in another spa simple spa but great people or therapist i meet just tell your pain problems all solved buy them even my friends they had the best pampered and relaxed service. Worst spa in entire Banglore. No proper rooms and bathrooms, they are too small. The front fools u like hell and charge you a lot. Please don’t go to this spa.

All picture are fake. Dont go there. Very dirty and the girl has definitely no training for massage. In addition, you pay for a hour and you get 45 minutes. Never ever again.

A very nice spa treatment
I like this place, a bit pricey but was worth it. I went there three times during my stay, didnt plan to but i kept coming 'cause i really liked it thete. The masseuse selina is my favourite, her experience was showing by her perfect execution. I had a fractured little pinky and i told her about it, man did she know so much about the human body and it's movements. She paid extra attention to that and made it better. Thx selina.

Great massage and service!
On our last day in India we decided to book a massage. Via TripAdvisor we decided to choose for the Spa.

The service I got from therapist was excellent. We had a lot of massages in India and this one was by far the best one we had. It felt so good and after the massage I feel so relax. If you want to take a professional massage/treatment in Bangalore, choose for The Spa!

The front desk did a good job of upselling but facilities were dingy and unkempt. Not a great place to relax.

Careful! No aromatic smell, not even close to the pictures advertised, room small, stuffy, if you are tall the bed is short, the girl doing the massage needs to squeeze between me and the wall, a real bad joke! The cream they use is of lowest quality, used on my face I am still sweating after washing it off with soap.and the price? ! 6000 rupee.from the picture they post it's a scam.

I have been to many places this is the top place from the bottom.here is a picture from the room.

I want to note that the women who gave the massage are sweet and attentive.

The best ever hospitality
I have been to this place twice after a huge gap between both visit, their hospitality remains the same and so are their services. The treatment is so much better comparing to its competitors and also are their prices worth the pay. Will definitely keep going to this place!
