I am sharing my experience since it may help some one who is suffering like I do in and looking for a right physio Therapy. I have been suffering left hand stiffness due to left G. T.fracture. Doctor RAMADEVI has clear idea of the problem, she has hands on experience on Physio therapy. Very active and energetic personality. She first explains the problem and treatment methods. I am very sensitive kind of persanality so my pain bearing capacity is not too much so i known will take some time to get cured. Hence have taken 10 days package initially and upon satisfaction of the treatment continuing for 10 more days and again few days more. I feel much better now, 90% shoulder is recovered.doing all the suggested exercises regularly. Dr. RAMADEVI tries various technics and suggested some relaxation technics to practice when pain increases.

She is very friendly in nature and at the same time very dedicated to her work.
I really thank you Dr. RAMADEVI for all your support and efforts and wish you all the best in your professional and personal life as well.

Had consulted with Dr Hari Priya. She is an amazing physiotherapist with vast knowledge in the domain. She helped me recover completely within 2 months.

Physiotherapy sessions were good with proper treatment and stretchable exercises. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I consulted doctor Haripriya for my Right hand Wrist fracture. My injury was severe and I was in cast for 6 weeks. I was not at all able to do any movement of right hand when cast was opened and physiotherapi treatment was key for movement of my hand.

On the first day of consultation Haripriya made it clear that it is critical not to skip treatment for single day and there will be heavy pain for first few days. Only if I bear that my movement will come back to normal. Also she told very clearly that it will atleast take minimum one month to regain 80-90% of regular movement. I liked this part as expectations set up was done on the first day itself and hence I started treatment with her.

Her typical session pattern is as below:
1. First 15 minutes heat therapy
2. Last 15-20 minutes exercise. She will do very basic ones first and then will keep increasing it

I took session for straight 10 days including sunday and Holiday and then I had to stop for 15 days as I was going out of banglore. But by the end of 10th day of session I was able to regain almost 50% of normal movement. I kept doing basic exercise as recommended by her when I was out of station for 15 days and it helped a lot.

When I went back to consult her I was able to almost cover 75-80% of movement hence she recommend that further physiotherapy session may not be needed and you can do remaining things at home.

Following are key positive about this clinic and doctor

1. They will recommend only required treatment and will say no to unnecessary session unlike other centres who are there to take advantage of situation

2. Very clear expectation setting from first day

3. Doctor knows what she is doing and will always put herself in your place during treatment

Last thing: bone injuries are painful and take min 3-4months for full recovery and physiotherapy session are key to getting well.

Visited Dr. Hari Priya for posture issues, shoulder clicking, and leg pain (plantar fasciitis). She was very helpful in the diagnosis, explanation, and treatment for these. She also told me many exercises to keep improving the muscle strength, given the nature of issues. Also, did ultrasound therapy for 5 days, and it was cost-efficient too. Would recommend her.

Since so many days I'm having pain in my neck, one of my friend recommended this clinic, i visited. Iam very much satisfied with the treatment, they are very understanding and maintaining a very clean and hygienic facility, I would recommend this to everyone u will get relief.

I was suffering from lower back pain which was radiating in my left lower leg. After consulting Doctor I was diagnosed by L4 and L5 slip disc. First line of treatment planned was physiotherapy, hence I visited Urban Physiocare as it was suggested by one of my friend. I finished with my sessions and I am completely relieved of pain. Firstly I thought physiotherapy in general is quite risky and will have to keep that as a continue process for relief but from the time I have visited the clinic, the pain that I had and that pain after the therapy is totally different. Best physiotherapy clinic, all the physiotherapist are well trained and very professional, I had visited them for Post Operative physio after my ACL Reconstruction surgery, where all the other physiotherapy centers had said it would take me atlest 15 months to be normal and get back to the football fields, but the the superb physiotherapy treatment i received hea made me fit and ready to hit the football fields with in
