One of the best hotel to stay.they have great service, nice food and very pleased rooms to get rest. I will visit this hotel again whenever I come here

Everything is just perfect. I love the food, ambience and price. I love the service and food quality too. They are super active at their service. Very friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy your special days here.like birthday parties or any other kind of celebration, get together. Visit once.

A bit costly but overall a good experience. Good food, nice helpful staffs and pretty good location in the active Mahadevapura area.

Pathetic service and breakfast buffet is far pathetic than u can imagine. They keep stale food and also no one knows how to do basic cooking even. They just gave a thick loaf of atta under the name of prantha. Dosa was raw. The other spread was literally useless. We literally came hungry spoiling our morning n went out to eat.
Lunch n dinner was tolerable but breakfast better avoid. There is no proper staff n manpower. Rooms were average. Only positive is its in the mall n u have other places to go n see.
Would never turn up to this hotel again.

Went for a quick cup of coffee at The Eat India Company which is just near the VR Imax. They have buffet breakfast and membership too for additional offers.

Cleanly maintained rooms, friendly staff, and tea and coffee with delicious biscuits served in the room. What more can you ask for

I reduces one star because the drains were clogged and the bathroom flooded after my shower.

Hope less service while checking no one was available at reception neither any bell boy service was there. Most pathetic service was the room dining, food was not provided on time and that too with the wrong order. Even infact after reordering they came up with the same mistake. They even take the order and then at the end time refuse saying that it's not available. Some of the items mentioned in the menu that they don't even want to serve with the quantity mentioned in it. Rating this is also not worth. Never thought how worst experience it can be when the children's along are hungry and they serve you with wrong order.

Friendly clerks. Nice room. Has rooftop (!) pool and gym that I didn’t get to use. Rooftop breakfast is not the best though.

Once you enter in here it's like you are far away from the mall. The ambience is simple and soothing. We ordered spicy chicken burger and naught jack (grilled chicken) burger. The burgers were quite tasty with the honey mustard dip which seemed was made with fresh mustard. All their beers weren't available so we couldn't get the one we wanted. I found their drinks menu slightly inadequate. I asked them for a watermelon margarita which was made with fresh watermelons which was a delightful change of pace. Their service though was quite slow. But I can go here again.

We stayed at The Waverly in VR Bengaluru, near Whitefield, and had a very pleasant stay. The rooms are designed and furnished with great taste unlike typical hotel rooms and the furniture used is very classy and comfortable.
The service and hospitality at The Waverly is great and the staff here is very polite, respectful and very helpful. Ms. Reshma who is the front office manager was always very courteous and helpful throughout our stay and ensured our stay was very comfortable.
A big advantage of staying at The Waverly is it’s immediate proximity to the best two malls of Bangalore, the VR Bengaluru and Phoenix Marketcity malls. Additionally there are some really great restaurants and pubs like The Whitefield Arms, Alt, Whitefield Social, Lord of the Drinks, etc.just as you get out of The Waverly.
All-in-all I can highly recommend The Waverly at VR Bengaluru the next time you are looking for a classy and very comfortable stay in Bangalore.

I stay here for business. All you could need in one building; food, shops, gym, pool, bars. Very convenient and the staff are friendly. Always a comfortable stay.

Nice place, also hive is a pretty good collaborative working place, every thing here are western you can come here and purchase for a little bit more price

Amazing experience. I stayed here for two weeks and the service was absolute amazing. The breakfast at Whitefield arms is amazing. You can order anything and you will get it within 5 mins. The car service at the hotel was also really good. I would definitely stay here if I come back.

Decent hotel and good service, but not 5 stars quality. There are 2 large shopping malls next doors, so it's very convenient.

Good hotel and attached to a popular mall as well. Location is quite good for the area however there was a construction of a metro rail line during q1 2019 and so the area in front was quite unfinished. Rooms quite clean and staff was professional. The hotel shares a good Italian restaurant with the mall and also has a restaurant with a pub on the terrace with a DJ that goes on to quite late

It was the best hotel I've stayed at in India so far. It's very convenient as it's next to two malls. The room was clean and it smells nice. Although my room was facing the mall, it's rather uncomfortable and not a good view. Apart from that, I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at the Waverly has been amazing. Great staff and service. The roof top pool is beautiful and the flowers on the roof are gorgeous. We have felt very well taken care of here. Car service has been great. I highly recommend this establishment and if and when we return to Bengalore, we will be staying here again! There are 2 malls on either side of us and the Whitefield Arms downstairs also has amazing food, staff, and beer!:) Everything you need is right here.

When we arrived at about 2am in the morning. We had to ask for a concierge to get our luggage to our room. We asked for a room with a view but our desire was not attended to. An upgrade request was also not acceded. As there were two of us in a room there seems to be furniture for only one person. There was no coffee table and we had to use the little console desk to keep our plates and cutlery. Also there was only one chair for two people.
The AC temperature cannot be adjusted.
The breakfast menu was repeated everyday with poor quality compared to other hotels we had stayed in. The indian breakfast selection items were mediocre and some even stale, bakery items were dry and tasteless.
The location was great, very peaceful in spite of being next to the mall and to the main road. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. If you are a premium hotel, act like one. Not worth the money.

The worst hotel in terms of service. Nobody even serves you water when you go for breakfast (observed this for 6 days straight). You have absolutely no control over your room temperature although there is a thermostat unit you have in your room that makes you think you can set your room temperature. I made multiple calls and complaints and they finally sent a technician to my room who said, they would need to change the settings in the main AC unit for the hotel. I waited but it was never done. I asked to speak to the GM about this but haven’t been able to and instead was made to the on duty manager (no use). The management hasn’t still fixed this nor gotten in touch with me yet.have two more days of stay to go and am stuck in a helpless situation

The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location in the VR mall and ajacent to Phoenix mall. Be warned though, sometimes you can hear really loud sounds from te theaters in your room.

The Whitefield arms pub in this hotel is also pretty useless. They literally had 3 different beers only, on the day we went. Anything you ask from Menu was most likely not present. The funny part was they didn’t have any draft beer but had draft beer dispensers.

Totally unhappy with this hotel as I couldn’t even get a nights rest after paying so much.
2 stars only for location. Will never recommend colleagues or anyone else to stay here. Will make sure they don’t get any corporate bookings from my employer.

EDIT

They finally moved me to a new room but now it was too cold. The point is they were setting temperature at some central location they controlled and it didn’t matter what temperature I set the thermostat in the room to. Please don’t spend your money to stay in a place where you can’t even control your room temperature.

Shopaholic, I recommend to you!

Shopping malls and hotels are attached, making them ideal for shopping and resting. The top of the hotel is available as a swimming pool in the evenings during the day.

There are two hotel elevators. The reception is connected to the restaurant and the other to the shopping mall and breakfast area. The staff are very friendly, but sometimes things are slow.

I recommend a restaurant connected to the reception. The atmosphere and taste are satisfactory. Room service meals here are really bad. It was not very good. I'd rather go to that restaurant.

Expensive budget quality hotel at the price of 5 star. Only good thing you will find is that it is near to Phoenix mall. Other it is very small cheap quality hotel service at the price of 5 star. Never go there

Exvellent to stay, great places to shop within walking distance. Located within a mall. Has a sky bar and live music. Slightly pricey.

One of the good places to drop by when you visit Bangalore. The place is very peaceful and pleasant. It has a roof top bar and pool at the top floor which is like amazing.

Satisfied Service, very friendly Personal. All Shuttles and other Services ran very good. Ich World recommend this every Time again.

Was only there for the restaurant affiliated with it I.e Toscano. Food was exceptionally good and fresh. Sorbet ice cream for the dessert is a must try.

I have downgraded the rating. The Hotel did a big bluff with me swiping my credit card for 16000 although my room was bill to company. The amount was taken saying it is a security deposit and will be returned. As per hotel the transaction is deleted but they are unable to give me the details. I have not received any amount in my credit card account from this hotel. Still following with everyone but no results. What a goof up and malpractice. Shame for such a brand.

Good hotel, next to mall and PVR so you don't get bored if you come early to your room and want to spend some time but other than that I would skip this place in favour of Zuri, which is again near by and much better place.

Very good location. It gives You a lot of variety of spending your free time. Very good shopping place. It's very save and clean. You can go to the cinema in 3 min or to spa bounce in 2 min. I enjoyed a lot the food and the swimming pool on the roof. The stuff it's jung positive relaxed and dynamic. They are Very comunicative keeping discreet if it's needed. Very nice atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious. Prepered as you wished. They are flexible always helpful and kind. The room was clean, big, the bed very comfortable.
