Fooling everyone in the name of handmade, cruelty free.they don't recieve phone calls they just take your money.charges of there products are very high.i pay 1700 just for handmade but there quality is very bad can't ever imagine they products like this in 1700.we got this product in 200 to 400 rupees in any other shopping apps.complete waste of money.no one should order from here, very bad services to the consumers.i will rise a complain in online consumer complaints.

Absolutely irresponsible, unprofessional and unreliable. We ordered a stained glass windchime 15 days back - it was a fully paid order and we're really looking forward to having it put up in time for the festival. However we have not yet got the product! Understand that each product is bespoke an crafted per order but the team was not even aware that the order had been cancelled due to some.goof up they did with their transport! Had I not pointe dthos out, they would have merrily sat with the money without bothering about the delivery.super disappointed and will never recommend to anyone

the initial product received on 16th Feb turned out to be a real bad piece of artwork. (spelling mistakes)

Upon taking it with Zwende team, they went an extra mile to send the product again customized as per our initial request.furthermore, they sent the parcel on priority basis and I got the package too. This time, it was really wonderfully done.photo attached

I came across this company through Instagram and thought I'd give it a go and pick up 3 earrings. It was the worst decision ever. The items were delivered to me late (after complaining to the customer service for sending me a board game). All 3 products that I've received are of pathetic quality. They are asymmetrical, the metal is bound to harm your skin and the finishing is terrible. I've been communicating with the customer service for nearly a month, trying to get the items returned.
