Therpup - The Dog Cafe

Food and atmospheric was good but dogs weren't that interested to mingle with people.the sole purpose of the cafe is not getting served but ppl can bring their own dogs and can have fun with them within the large area available which is good.

The location of the cafe is way far or very deep into the Whitefield.

Let me share my review with Therpup - The Dog Cafe, Today me and my husband went to the cafe where we felt very peaceful & happy and the food was very tasty. We ordered periperi honey chicken wings, pasta, crispy corn, and coffee and every food taste was very nice. Moreover their inhouse pet dogs, they all are literally very calm and well trained. We liked so much to simba, Uno, Jenny, Kara, Charlie and so many pets were there and they all were very nice. Moreover all the crew members were very nice and Brindesh was so good. He explained everything very nicely. And thanks alot to Owner who planned to organise this type cafe. Overall best experience ever. Will recommend to our all friends. So much of love to all the members and lovely pets.

The place was so good it's somewhat away from the city so fresh air and good food.
I took veg pizza and alfedo pasta both tasted good.
Also for pet owners it's the best cafe around.

Great, peaceful place to decompress. And to take your dog to as well. If you're looking for super energetic dogs that are excited to see you, you're not gonna get that here. (Talking about the in-house doggos.) They're mostly chill with you patting them and rubbing bellies. It's still damn good seeing this many chill dogs in one place.

Food is absolutely not worth the price lmao. If you're going there to see the dogs and have food later there itself, you're gonna be disappointed. The price for the food is not worth it at all and you're better off making a seperate plan for eating. This is why one star is cut.

Service is great. They explain what is what well in beginning, and are very prompt. No complaints here.

Went there to celebrate our dog bruno's birthday. It was one of the most positive experiences we've had. Our pet enjoyed it's day fully. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and amicable and the vibes are great. Would definitely return.

Totally the waiting time to the service of your orders is haywire at this wonderful place!

When you want to get a grooming service of your pet they tell you need to do advance booking and do not have service for people who come without a appointment just like they assume to be thinking it’s a five star restaurant which is not at all the case!

When you take this to their manager about the waiting time and all the other concerns he is damn arrogant and bullish speaking baseless content defending the lousy and nasty services they offer and telling me to adjust.

WE NEEDNT ADJUST TO ANYONE AS WE ARE PAYING MONEY FOR THE SERVICE! It’s not free service to adjust

The most horrible place Ever in Bangalore the exclusively for pets and harassment would be Therpup!

The food is nice. The dogs are friendly and well trained.

They didn't inform us they are charging extra for service. The pet they kept is not in good condition.

This place is very chaotic n quite unprofessional… dirty washroom with poor hospitality.
Inspite of prior booking we had wait more than 1 hr for the table n food took another hour and half to be served.
Would highly recommend Snoopypaw any day over this therpup.

I just loveeeeed the place. Does justice to the name as it really is kind of a therapy to be around the pups.

Pleasant place, but bad service. Long time waiting for a simple menu. I've tried 2x and declined to keep waiting.

The cafe was goood, id you're a dog lover do visit it in the morning or evening time! I would suggest not to visit at night cause, the dogs are tired and they will be sleeping at that time, you go to the cafe to play with them right? So if you don't wanna be disappointed make sure you visit before 6: 30 pm and also you can have some munching around, food is fine (they have sandwiches, pizza and other things) and medium expensive so it's a good place to visit

Foods are too expensive and the entrence fees is 250 per person and they will redeem that in food. It's an one time visit place and more expensive.

One of the worst place for any dog lover. As a owner of a Doberman and a German shepherd, I initially visited the place without my pets only to have a look around, you may expect dogs to be active and cheerful, but the dogs are as good as dead. The dogs don't get enough food and are mostly on sedatives which makes them like this. And the staff over there don't have basic etiquettes of treating people, the staff make you feel very uncomfortable by their stare and behaviour. Moreover the place is poorly maintained and the dogs are infected and unhygienic. As the place says it is LGBT+ Friendly, honestly speaking ITS NOT. A big NO for the couples who wanna visit this place for ambience, the staff make you uncomfortable. We couldn't sit there for more than 15 mins. The food is horrible.
The entry fee is around 300rs, but this place is not even worth 10rs. A BIG NO FOR ALL THE DOG LOVERS OUT THERE

Wonderful place to spend some good time both yourself and your pet, the service is good and the variety of food options you get is also good. In short your pet will have a good time

They have an amazing pack of retrievers, labs, sidzu. Friendly and amazing creatures they are! The food was fine. Can go and hangout with a gang of friends for 2 to 3 hours easily.

Superb one of its kind place for dog lovers whether they are pet owners or not. The cafe owners are cool folks with decent western foods. They also have a dedicated area with their own let's while guest pets have a separate large play area with pet pool and kennels behind that. A large trampoline is also additional fun. Large parking space is big advantage as well. Fantastic place for kids to get familiar with furry friends.

The ambience with the friendly pups is really good. No doubt the food is also good
But they pre charge you with ₹ 250 person with a food card before you enter. You can use this to buy your food. But in case if you have balance amount available in your card after you are done dining, they do not pay you back the balance. It is mandatory to bill ₹250 per person. I find no reason to charge customers this way.

This place has an amazing dog pool. It's huge and so clean. I was amazed at how clean the pool is. Hats off for this! Was tempted not to jump in myself. It would be nice if they have one or two dog wash stations outside if dog owners prefer to rinse off their dogs by themselves instead of sending them to the wash area. But overall an excellent dog park with excellent crew.

This is a really good place if you have pets and perfect outing for pets. The entree fee is Rs 250 per head and is reduced from the food bill if you have ordered any food here. The food here was adequate and tasty ones. They have pet friendly menu and kid friendly menu and same goes the environment. The pets can dive into swimming pool and have fun in water.
It was crowded during weekends and the pets were having fun for sure. Vast area for pets to run around and get messy in the mud.
The staff are friendly and provided good service. They may need more helpers and staffs to have a more organized restaurant and dog cafe.

Great place for canine lovers, whether you have your own or better still if you don't have your own

Extremely friendly doggo babies here especially the black and white doggo baby who seemed like the alpha but she was very friendly and adorable too.

It is a good place. Your pet can enjoy leash free in their huge lawn. The only thing is that they have shifted to a new place, but sometimes In goggle it still read the old address and if you follow directions on internet it will take you to the old place.

Place is on a lonely dark road from the Main roads. Pups are good and friendly. Best time to visit between 3 PM and 6 PM as the dogs would get tired after that and will not be playing much later.

Restaurant cafe has some decent food.but if you're a dog lover then you'll love this place.best time to visit is before 3pm. Post that dogs are tired and sleepy.

Its a good theme as a dog cafe. They have a lot of their own dogs to keep you in a playful mood. You can also bring your own pets for a playful time. The food is okay, but the garlic bread is a must try. The service is a bit slack where the waiters don't seem to be interested in hospitality but just to keep it going. It took us forever to get our order and that too had to pester them for 30 mins to get it.

One recommendation: to enjoy whole heartily with the dogs, try to visit on weekdays as there is too much crowd to distract then during weekends/holidays.

Unhygenic they can do pee or loo anywhere, dogs are also so much tired. After going there I lost my love to dogs. No I font want dogs in my house as pet.

The food was average, but that is not what this place is about. It's a perfect place for dog owners and people who love the canines. It is actually a therapy! Or therapup!
