I simply loved their ambience. Apart from the coffee, drink and other goodies, the music is very good, and the seating is awesome.
Loved the hot americano and hot chocolate. It was a hangout with old buddies and we spent hours simply chatting and sipping. Wonderful time spent in a great place.
Third wave coffee is a lovely place to spend the evening for an elevating coffee and quick bites. A comfortable place to spend time with friends and family.
Major setbacks would be parking your vehicle in the street adjacent. The other scenario is we were able to see just a person occupying 4 seats table and we were made to wait for our turn to sit. We need some discipline there. Evening time would be a loud place to be in.
AC was not working and the place was stuffy for the evening on 18th November
It was my first time to Third Wave Coffee. It was very nice experience. Do try Mushroom cheese croissant. Cold coffee was also nice. Vikas served so warmly. Thank you Vikas!
I ordered 3crossiont sandwiches and 2 vietnamese shakeeratos which were not up to the mark, the expresso to condensed milk ratio was wrong and tasted wrong; the salted ice mocha was tasteless and did not taste like mocha, tasted diluted and not like an iced sea salt mocha. I strongly recommend the basristas to relearn their brewing
The coffee, ambience, service - all on point Lively, neighbourhood cafe vibe with downtempo music at the perfect volume. Great to work on your laptop as WiFi is free. Highly recommend!
You get good coffee here. There is wide range of selections available. The staffs are super friendly and kind people. Pet friendly shop. Popular choice is blueberry marble cake, lemon flavour as well. You get yummy croissants and other dishes. The ambience is really good.
For me coffee taste was bad I asked if sugar is added while making coffee, they said Yes, however it was still tasting as if no sugar was added literally Plus as in different coffee outlets they also provide coffee in different sizes Small, Medium and Large I took large just to check whether it's same as Starbucks, for my surprise it's isn't, but they take almost same price as them Kya kare.kuch naya idea nahin aaya.coffee outlet open karlo and sell half as other outlets but charge more Only positive about this outlet is Environment is good, good options in food, coffee and they sell tea also Plus parking space is there for both 4 and 2 wheelers as it is 5th block Jayanagar
Great place for some nice coffee. I went there to work, i had carried my laptop and wifi is also pretty good. However the place is usually a bit crowded and with a lot of background noise. If are looking for a peaceful cafe to sit and work, this place is not recommended. But if are looking for just coffee and to spend some time, it's awesome!
Lovely place! Their menu is perfectly tailored with loads of delicacies. We had Cinnamon roll with Cream Cheese and Herbed Chicken Turnover along with Cappuccino and Hazelnut Cappuccino. Another highlight of my dining experience here would be their impeccable service. We were hosted by Miss Manju who is extremely friendly and helpful. Great experience, a must try!
Third waves coffee is just so good! Especially their hazelnut cappuccino. Their cinnamon rolls are just to die for <3 Manju took care of our order that day and she was the sweetest, very professional and served us with a smile. She just made my day.
A great place to relax, chat, hang out with friends and work over a cup of coffee. The coffee was great and they also have a good range of snacks to go with it. Service was very smooth - shout out to Ms. Manju who was extremely polite and professional.
This is a upscale cafe in the heart of posh Jayanagar I've been visiting this place regularly now and each time I come in, I am impressed by the freshness of the coffee, the cleanliness and ambience of the place (which is great they are maintining to a high standard aomthing hard to find these days) and the ovelall experience. The coffee is always good and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've had a lot of coffees here, and I've never had a bad experience
Good food drinks were nice took hibiscus tea it was good only complains i have personally was its too loud music in particular too loud as i was there for meeting it wasnt helping anyways other than that its a decent place
Went there for a business discussion over a coffee. Wifi was not working and we sat there with our laptop screen stuck for an hour and called off the meeting finally! The staff there didn't have any idea about the hopeless free wifi they provided. They didnt even attempt to solve our problem!
Also it seems any other connection through our own mobile was jammed and hence we couldnt connect with our phone wifi too.
I felt they should put a board there mentioning that "this is a wifi-free zone. Keep your laptop at home"
This will help people to decide between them and any other near by tea stall, and to save some bucks!
We came late at night for a quick meal for a child. We thought chicken tacos would be a non spicy option. We knew the sauce used is spicy and made a request to leave that out, to put only mayonnaise. We were told mayonnaise was not available but some cheese sauce would be used. My son could not eat it- too spicy. I went in and pointed this out. I was again told no spice had been added. Nothing more. No empathy.
I finished it myself. It was indeed spicy. A light greenish sauce was the cause. Perhaps the order taker and person making the sandwich were not taking. Ambience is easy. Training staff to listen takes longer effort of hiring right, of having training and processes that scale. Designing a menu that offers non spicy options requires empathy and design thinking, We have tried third wave 3 different times, two outlets. Once we paid for extra hummus at Kanakpura road and barely got a spoon spread on the sandwich, and again very spicy chicken taco. My son and wife cannot eat the sandwiches and so we won't be going again
If I want Spicy food I can go to Nagarjuna.is that what you guys want to be?
Worst experience. Other branches like hsr and hrbr layout is better as they gave the free coffee offer but jaynagar is worst as they didn’t give the offer
A pleasant but bustling place. You get to add two devices for thr free wifi. I would say, go there on a rainy day ;) A cosy environment with the best coffee! The food here is a bit expensive but the app they have gives you points everytime you purchase something.
NOTE: You can only use them of you have a min of 50 points. They are also kid-friendly, where you can get a highchair for the baby/infant. You also have a kid menu, where the portion is consumable and less spicy.
Naveen and satish and the whole staff were very good niice ambiance and good fr working place they were very friendly I will definitely I will visit again
Naveen and Wilson Have done an absolutely wonderful job in brewing the hazelnut caramel latte and they have been delightful in helping me get my coffee and giving me the right hospitality
As always love coming here, friendly service and warm: Naveen and Wilson today have been really pleasant with the service and makes us want to come here again
This place has great decor, but they failed to look at the comfort of their customers. Randomly chosen furnitures which are not comfortable and food is also average.
Beautiful cafe in Jayanagar, with wide variety of coffees and drinks, with free wifi, fantastic ambience and great staff like Naveen and Nikhil (very humble and helpful). This has become one of my regular cafes in Bangalore
There's a saying that - Coffee is a cup of hope in a full of chaos and Mondays. Maybe I agree with this because we have been to third-wave coffee Jayanagar after a very hectic workday and the ambiance especially that coffee aroma around us made some magic like instant stress relief. So, . . . " Hectic day? No worries! We have an amazing coffee corner to get that instant stress relief"
Much needed addition to Jayanagar. Lovely ambience and great coffee. Naveen and Satish also provided pleasant service. Great place to work from as well during weekday mornings.
This place beats all the other third wave outlets. The staff members are so kind and patient. They’re so helpful and sweet. The food’s impeccable and the service is absolutely brilliant, Especially of John, Chethan and the girl who is always smiling. I’d definitely suggest this place any day. They deserve all the appreciation. Truly! Keep up the great work, guys!
One of their newer outlets, but the vibe is just the same (if not better). I’ve loved coming here, some of their notable drinks are Vietnamese Shakerato and Classic Cold Brew, while the foods I enjoy are Chilli Cheese Garlic Toast and Cinnamon Roll. The place is very cost effective and great for all occasions (except if you’re planning to be too loud, that would ruin the peaceful atmosphere). I’d like to appreciate Chethan who I’ve been in touch with since he worked at the HSR outlet, and John, for being extremely friendly and warm, adding to the atmosphere of the café. (Pictured is the view from one of the seats on the outer side, where I love to sit especially if it rains.)
The location is amazing, you will get parking and it is easy to find. The staff are helpful and friendly. Tried Macha Praline, Americano Ice coffee both were nice. We also tried pizza point to note is that it is 4 slice pizza.
One of my friend who like thrid wave coffy roasters brand recommended and wanted to visit this place. Been here on weekend and was quite filled. Ambience is lovely. We ordered for chocolate coffee it was good quite strong. Tried Hot chocolate was not so great but it was ok not too sweet and all tasted a bit like milo. Cheesy garlic pull apart Bread was not upto our expectation. Price is mid range for brand and you can enjoy for hours in that ambience.
Waited 30 minutes for a bagel which was the worst I’ve ever had. Literally like biting into rubber. The cafe wasn’t even full for it to have taken that much time. Coffee was average. Service was horrible. Don’t recommend this to anyone.
