Third Wave Coffee Roasters - this is a chain of coffee outlets across geographies. This facility is located in HSR Layout off 27th Main.
This is designed differently compared to the other TWC outlets in other locations. Ambience was ok. Air conditioning needs to be working to make it a pleasant place.
The choice of coffee and eatables was limited with not much to choose from. For a coffee shop, coffee options need to be increased.
Staff were ok, however, they could do with customer service and soft skills training.
Great place for coffee and great service. Place is always busy. People occupying more seats then they should. May be management need to do something about this.
Deducting points for the quality of the food. The cold coffee was tasting more like a sugar syrup. Not much to say about the service as u just go and take what you like from the counter so no reason for me to rate it highly.
It is a place to hang out with friends and family. The ambience is really pleasant, and there are two seating areas. One is with AC, and the other is without the AC. They have really nice coffees and teas. I usually order chamonile tea or hot americano/syphon with glazed mushroom toast. Try their coffee lemonade or cold fashion. The staff is quite polite and friendly too.
One of the best places in town for a coffee and a environment to sit in and peacefully do your work, doesn't really have a vast variety for food though but pastries are great
This place is amazing. Serving coffee as good as in fact bit better and as costly as star bucks. However, the food options are much better than the Starbucks. Great vibe. Ample seating. Friendly stewards.
Coming back to Bangalore after the pandemic, third wave was atop my list of cafés to visit as I really enjoyed their food and coffees during my time here before.
This particular outlet in HSR layout is spacious with a lot of good seating and the coffees have increased in selection.
The la vie en rose and raw hazelnut cappuccino are my favourites. It’s great that they’ve kept the cream cheese bagel on the menu and its latest iteration is pretty good.
I missed third wave in Chennai and it’s nice to have options other than Starbucks.
Visited this place on Children's day with my daughter I was really disappointed with the food served yesterday. Basis the online reviews, decided to try this place out. Ordered pita platter and pesto sandwich. They serve two types of hummus with this dish. But sadly the hummus was stale and was smelling a bit. The pita served was also not fresh. The vegetable filling inside the sandwich was not fresh. Also the quantity of vegetable filling inside the sandwich is very less. Felt as though was just eating some slice of bread. I request the management to take this feedback constructively and improve the quality of their food. I didn't taste coffee though (believe this place is known for its coffee). Ambience of the place is very nice. The staff were very good and polite. The service time is also really good. If only the food could be good.
The cafe ambience is fantastic and also they serve great coffee. But they have a cigarette shop right next to the entry door. All of the smoke and cigarettes bad odour enters the room and it gets really suffocating after a while. Please make the door airtight atleast.
Visited Third Wave coffee Roasters recently and we had lots of fun ; plus the food was absolutely delicious and Mr praveen had served and suggested and it was absolutely loved.
This has to be one of the best coffee spots in Bangalore! Their coffee, food, ambience, everything is just spot on! We had their hummus and pita platter which is yum, and their sandwich. Would recommend the cinnamon roll, the parfait, the croissant (cannot miss this) or even their cre cheese bagels!
PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED BY ALL THE INFLUENCER POSTS ABOUT THE SECTOR 2 CAFE
The order was started to be prepared after 30mins of placing the order and multiple reminders that the order is pending, It's almost as difficult to get the attention of the servers as it is to get an auto in the banglore rains.
The reviews show such brilliant and beautiful foam art work but in reality there's none.
The focaccia was dry, with barely any sauce or condiments (PS: there's supposed to be sun dried tomatoes on the top). The paneer was almost scarce as if it was mistakenly added in my SPICY PANEER CHIPOTLE SANDWICH!
Also If you want to know the weather in HSR is rainy just visit this cafe and you get a free rain shower.
