THE worst service in this Thomas cook Malleswaran the man who don’t have there time not worth they can transaction with this Thomas cook and spend time with then wast your own time there again I’m telling guys you can transaction with lot of other services there find and spend your golden times there

I used to visit this place a few years ago for forex. I'm writing this just now after visiting their malleshwaram branch they wasted 1 hour of my time to attend to me. Finally when I wanted get forex, there was no stock and the employee attending to me was constantly interrupting me by picking up useless phone calls. She didn't bother to initiate forex, she wasted her time chit chatting. Pls fire all these employees and hire dedicated people.

Recently visited this branch for getting Borderless prepaid travel card. I would like to thank Lata for assisting me with smooth application process.

Good place to get travel solutions. I purchased forex for my US travel. Their forex card is working flawlessly. I also purchased a travel insurance. You just need to go with all your travel documents and work will be done in less than half a day.

One of the worst Thomas Cook off i have ever seen. They don't pick up calls. I had been to Europe tour with them and had the worst experience ever. Their currency rates are bit higher than others.

Here you can conver the currency at lowest price only for Thomas Cook card.

Do not take cash here as they will apply huge conversation charges.

Everything thing is good but don't pay amount through internet they have some issue with local centers. Pay the amount directly when u visit there office. I had this issue & waited for nearly 2 hrs by making payment online.

We experience with Thomas Cook services in our Dubai and Abu Dhabi Six days trip and then write

Staff are very cortious and very supportive no hot water supply. Lobby would be a little clean.

The trip was to Dubai for 6n and 7d but the last day was full waste of time.gave lunch and dinner then dropped to airport.no proper Guide as he use to be with us only for half day.even the hotel wasn't great in Dubai. I recommend to go through other travel agency. They take huge amount but no proper guidance after going on trip they don't do it as it's told. Gold souk was shown by guide when it's closed around 9.30 in morning.didnt see even musical fountain near burj khalifa.don't fall on their false promises. They charged around 91000 per person.it was in April last week in 2019.no shopping festival season but still they charged so much.

Thomas Cook, Malleshwaram. I have been regularly interacting with the people here since the past 5 years. The managers, right from Ms. Shiny to Ms. Latha are extremely helpful and go put of their way to assist. Especially Ms. Latha - she has been really helpful every time I've left abroad. A very organized and helpful team. Strongly recommended.

I am copy pasting the mail I sent to Service quality of Thomas Cook India instead of writing again due to lack of time. Must read to save yourselves from taking their packages. I never recommend Thomas Cook specially the online booking as no one helps.

It has been a very unpleasant trip because of several reasons. I tried calling the customer service number the next day and the person who picked said the concerned department is busy and so Thomas cook will return the call.
My Trip was to Ooty from Bangalore with my 2 children by car.
Anyway.the driver was literally cheating us without taking us to places saying road not good or the place is nothing great. From other tourists and taxi drivers we happen to realise he is lying. He dint take us to doddapeta saying it’s the same view as that from the hotel we are staying (Gem Park). On Saturday we came to know he’s literally lying and called the number in the itinerary and he finally took us after checking out. Coonoor we wanted to take toy train and he said the train from Coonoor to Ooty is at 2 pm. According we reached Coonoor at 11.30 and came to know the trains are at 12 pm and 4 pm and he’s telling us take 12 pm train as there’s nothing to see in Coonoor. I said we want to see something. And he only took us to sims park and tea plantation and from there showed dolphin’s nose. And we came back waited in the queue from 3 to 3.45 and did not get train tkt. Finally we left back to Ooty by car. Being Saturday the rush was too much. It’s high time Thomascook rewrites the itinerary and not just copy paste ancient ones. If you have done a sensible itinerary it would have been so much better when you deal with fraud third party organisation with such irresponsible drivers. This driver gets mad when we ask to stop to eat from where we want. According to his convenience he stops at places saying this is the best and every one goes there. Apparently those were the worst places except Hyderabad Biriyani house. We booked train tickets for toy train online and had to take taxi to go to Coonoor as he said gps gps all the time and so he cannot come to the same place twice. And to park his car while we took taxi for Coonoor he took 100 bucks from me saying parking fee. (According to package we give absolutely nothing) He was meeting some co driver in Ooty for sure or someone. So please check your gps if you can. So the last day we had to do toy train, doddapeta and Pykara. You can’t miss on not having Pykara in your itinerary as this is the most important place to see. From Pykara we left exactly at 4 pm and somewhere near mandya my children asked to stop at mcdonalds. He said there’s one more little in front and stopped and he went to eat his food. There was no mcdonalds. It was other eateries. He asked to go inside and we can find. Immediately I called him and he said he will come after having his food. He came after 15 mnts and my children asked to take a turn behind as it’s only 2 kms behind as the next one is 50 km away. He just wouldn’t listen saying there are many ahead. He kept on saying it has been 4 days he is away from wife and children and because of us he’s late. I told him he didn’t show any places first 2 days and because of it i am late as I needed to get back to my work by 4 pm Sunday. My children were very upset and they got to eat only by 11 pm after reaching Bangalore literally starving as we had lunch at 1 pm. In between he said he will drop us on the midway if we complain. What does he think? Such frustrated drivers cannot be send for trips. Really really upsetting cannot imagine such things from Thomascook whoever your third party company is. In this case I think it is Blue berry holidays.
Extremely unpleasant experience.

Pathetic travel guide! Don't get cheated.

I had travelled to Bali in November 2018 through Thomas Cook package tour. The entire trip was highly unorganized and poorly planned. The driver/guide was pathetic and we did not have any trip manager who accompanied or check with us on the day to day basis.

Below are some of the snapshots of the experience:

·         The driver only took us to restaurants and shopping places where he had vested interest

·         He took close to 4 lakh Indonesia Rupiah in multiple places stating that he has not got his wallet/money and would get me back the money from his manager (which he didn’t), he took money from us for the entry tickets for kecak dance, parking in Tanah Lot and couple of toll money which was never returned

·         Two days he dropped us 2 km away from the hotel (Kuta Seaview), stating that there is a lot of traffic and he needs to go home early due to some function at his house

·         For the sunset dinner at Jimbaran, he dropped us at the hotel at 3 pm and insisted us to have the dinner in the afternoon itself as he had to go home early. However I insisted that this was a Dinner and not lunch and we cannot have it before 7 pm. Also he kept on coming to our table in the restaurant asking us to complete the dinner fast

·         Also this was repeated during the day we took the cruise dinner

·         He kept on pestering us to take some additional tours and pay him extra

·         He did not accompany us anywhere in the whole trip (uluwatu, tanah lot etc), and in uluwatu he was not near his vehicle and we waited for 1 hour

·         He was pestering us to buy him food and beer all the time

·         In Kuta, we had requested for a garden view room in ground floor however we were given a room in the third floor

These are only some of the examples and there were many such instances where Thomas Cook had agreed previously but didn't deliver.

My overall feedback is that Thomas Cook did not deliver what was expected and this is something which is highly unacceptable from a reputed travel agent. The main reason I chose Thomas cook was to make this trip memorable and hassle free. However the entire trip was a nightmare and they messed it up beyond repair.

I would suggest to try make my trip or any other travel agent but not Thomas Cook!

Good set up. Nice interior. People are helpful. Went here for forex transaction. A small delay in billing due to head office not sending the full payment details. Otherwise good experience.

Had worst experience for my Malaysian visa. Go directly to branch and apply. Don't apply via online staff. Not recommended
