I bought a forex card, they said it will get activated in same day but it didn't
and thomas cook call centre is useless. Please buy forex card from somewhere else.

Good customer service. Swift action. My job got done as soon I reached the centre. Will recommend.

My experience with Thomas Cook for their currency exchange service was seamless and quick. I had been to the Indiranagar branch and met with Bibin and Sona. Highly recommend them.

Arrogant behaviour by the staffs. Not at all customer friendly. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Branch manager don't even have sense how to communicate with customers rude behavior poor service I returned back without resolving my queries.

Poor quality service there are many other better travel agency in same locality.

Had been for currency exchange where i was about to travel in 2 days and employee was so rude and didnt want to understand the situation nor explain us better solution.
They behaved as if they are giving from their pocket.

Staff is courteous and quick, my forex requirements were handled well and all went smoothly. Its better to directly visit branch than online service which is more complicated.

It was a wonderful trip with brilliant experiences. We felt very happy to meet new people and make new friends. Special Appreciation on the arrangements of Very nice, comfortable Accommodation, Tasty Food, Well-planned Itinerary, optimum Time to see everything, along with short breaks of optional sightseeing places. Extra Special apppreciation to our tour guide Mr Zaid Motala. He was excellant and efficient in his organisational capabilities. Thanks to him for being a great guide. Our trust on Thomas Cook has grown with this tour and we look forward to going on many more tours organised by Thomas Cook!

I feel they offer best exchange rates along with that if you select an online payment option for currency exchange they just charge you 50 rupees and later they confirm the branch from where you need to pick the money.
So overall a good option for forex.

Pathetic service.
I contacted them for foreign currency exchange. They provided me with a no.which no one attends. On contacting back to their office they said it's the only no. Where I can get currency exchange.
Seems like they don't want to do business.

Very pathetic service. The guy who sits at the front desk of foreign exchange is very rude. Other people at Thomas Cook Customer Care are helpful.

Poor service.late service and information is not shared properly.worst part is the conversion rate.they give very less to sell and also for buying.pleas dont visit.its worst

When the forex is already booked online and payment is accepted, they take a really long time to give cash. They take your visa to almost all management person to get approval. This is really pissing off ppl who go there for forex. Also information provided by every frontend person is not same.

The employees doesn't even have the manners to treat the customers well. I wouldn't recommend Thomas Cook.

I had a bad experience with the forex dept, they need to go through customer service training. If a customer does not know about something they need to tell them being in the travel industry, this person (forgot his name wish i remembered) replys me sarcastically “ these r al basic things u should know wit so much on his face”. I just walked out from there. Did not expect this from thomas cook

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this Center. I had a great experience and everyone at the centre is very helping in nature. They deserve five stars for addressing the customer with smile and great conversations.

Placed the currency order through ExTravelMoney and the rate is good compared to others. They didn't deliver the currency even if I requested for delivery, so had to collect from the branch. The service was quick.

The staff in foreign money exchange dept is very rude and misbehaving. One should know how to behave with client.
