Contacted TK India for conversion of my old USD TCs which are outdated now. Got excellent support from Mr. Gopi & Ms. Vaishnavi at the counter completed the whole conversion in 15 minutes.

Got the Visas done for my Singapore and Malaysia trip here. I got a bit of a scare as the Singapore visa was delivered just two days before the date of travel. Mr. Murugan was however assuring and promptly answered all my calls. Finally had a wonderful trip well organised by the Mumbai office. But the only issue was that the forex card i had taken from Thomas Cook was not working there and the app was also faulty giving me errors while trying to enable the transactions.

Ashwin was of great help in providing assistance and the procedure was done in a timely and efficient manner. Definitely recommend.

I am an intern in thomas cook, the working environment and the employees where very helpful and very good in their service, in that i loved to work in the forex department and Aswin Nair sir was very kind hearted and so much helpful, well known on his works and services.

It was just a fantastic experience with Forex department especially miss. VAISHNAVI, Mr Ashwin & Mr Gopi.

We were planning for our holiday to Singapore by our own, we first went to thomascook for Visa, They told it can be done on a week before your travel date. They will collect document 1 month before and hand over visa 2 day before travel date. So dont go for ThomasCook for visa service its pathetic.

I read review of HRM Visas, which was near by to our home. We took back our document from TC and gave to HRM as all other reviews were +ve. HRM help us to get our visa within a week. That gave us some relief from last week worry about Visas. Mr. Vivek explained everything in details. While collecting back Visa's document he couldn't talk much as he was occupied with moving to new location, that he informed frankly. Really liked service, Will recommend anyone who is looking for visa service.

Pretty bad experience. Never choose this place. Its worse than a govt office. And moreover they will push your application till last moment before they really forward to embassy. Your passport will be lying there till one week before date of travel no matter how early you apply for VISA. They will ask different set of documents than what is mentioned in their email. So you will go up and down this office. I am done here and cancelling my application since any other tourist agent will be better than these guys.

I booked an Europe pkg through TC.even though usually i travel n plan by myself this time i wanted go through professionals as it was my first trip with my wife as i got married recently more like a honeymoon trip.these guys assured the best 3 star or 4 star hotels for the pkg and now that i have got the tickets and booking id's.it turns out to be 2 star properties.and they have calculated our day of travel as one day stay in Paris.i m a radio jockey by profession and i usually get to hear stories like these.but this is the first time i m going through this kind of double standards and my trip has not even started yet just wondering what more shocks awaits us.and just out of curiosity calculated the price of stay and its just 40k for entire 8 days trip and i have payed 3 lacs for this.yes flights and 2 activities included in the package but m sure all put together wont even cross half of wat i have paid.disappointed, disgusted and its a shame that i choose them.anybody reading this if u hv not booked or payed for their services yet.then pls take an U turn and head somewhere else but not TC.sincere advice.save ur money.most of all save urself and ur time.

I have opted for Thomos Cook instead of other travel agency for my sister’s New Zealand holiday bcoz i thought they will be very professional & experienced person compared to other travel agency, TRUST ME THESE BUNCH OF JOCKERS JUST WANT TO BLOCK YOUR HOLIDAY BY TAKING ADVANCE PAYMENT.

I had to contact them about 150 times in 45 days to complete entire process of this holiday.

I had paid some advance payment from my personal bank account to block the slot (it was agreed to refund once I pay complete amount from my company account) As on today its been more than 1month but not recd single rupee, their common statement “Its in process sir”

And the best part is their so called service quality control email id, which never gives any response.

Ps: I am physically handicap person, but I was forces to visit their office in MG Road, Bangalore but manager doesn’t have courtesy to even meet me.

Un-professional and they delayed VISA for Singapore. Try to lookout for other official VISA agencies.

Worst Service. If you call them for any query or information, their receptionist is so dumb that she don't know anything. Most of the time they don't even pick the call. They will call you regularly before making payments after that they don't respond to any mails or calls. If you are in urgency for a visa, please don't go to Thomascook.

I'm not sure why Thomas cook is called the best in the industry but in my experience they are not that great.

When you book they have big words but in real once you pay the full amount they are not there for you.

You call on the number provided during the travel for any concern and you can hear them as lowsy as they can be.and say sorry or I'll get back to you and never get back. So your call is a waste.

I traveled to Dubai; Andaman and Europe with them.

In which they provided best service at Europe.

However Dubai was just average trip. We did more than half of the things ourselves. They only provided accommodation.that also inferior for the place. Inspire of taking a decent amount per head.

Andaman was tied up with mountain edge. And it was an above avareage experience. Nothing great to speak about. But really not what was promised.

They don't do as they promise. And once you book and pay the full amount they are hardly bothered no matter what complain you say.or what concern you have.

You will have to run after them for your tickets itenery etc. As they don't send it thou u will be traveling in 2 days.

Worst place to plan any travel through them.they will make you wait for so long. Very less staff. They took money online and after that stopped responding for my emails.when I visited their center in Bengaluru. I was told to go to embassy direct.they didn't even checked documents properly.which I got to know after going to embassy. I wasted my 2000 rupees simply going through them.

Reminded me of government office. People here don't care for customers. They are in their own world talking and giggling with each other. There is only one sensible in the whole office. He handles forex.

Very much disappointed, them made me helpless.paid the fee online for singapore visa, waited for their call for confirmation. They did not give any stipulated time to submit documents for application, either on email correspondence or phone call with local branch as well as customer care.
When I went to submit on June1st, 12 days prior to my travel date, they denied saying that it is not possible and referred to another sister agency. They charge 3200,1400 more than thomas cook. Thomas cook is authorised to charge only 1800 by Singapore embassy, so they do this black business. I still did not get my refund from thomas cook. Imagine paying 3200 for a visa which really costs 1500.we can pay upto thousand as service charge but not this much.

Just called the MG road branch and asked a query regarding Norwegian Visit visa.
The query was that my Visa petition got rejected when I applied individually via VFS for certain reasons and that was there a way to reapply.
And the reply was the most hilarious one 'Since I applied via VFS the first time, now again I have to apply via VFS and no travel agency would help me'
I mean, I have heard lot of beserk answers, but this is the first.
Would never recommend 'this branch' to any one.

I applied for Singapore visa through Thomas cook. Their customer care was very curious and was following up with me until I made them the required payment. After that I had to literally follow up every single day. They give you some contact details who neither respond to mails or pick their phones.

The customer care team gave me a list of documentation needed for Singapore visa. When I visited Thomas cook office with those documents they asked for completely unrelated documents. Luckily we had them in email so we could mail it to them.

I waited till the due date specified by them and visited their office as there was no other means to follow up with them. They literally applied for the visa only after I visited them and promised to deliver after 5 days. I got my visa 4 days before my travel date.

I definitely will not go back and would encourage others to find alternate means as well. Initially I thought it was just me but when I went to collect my passport there were many people standing with similar issues.

Request to Thomas cook. If you guys follow a queue system and have too many volumes please refuse to serve. Don't give false promises!

Three person we were to meet was out on work. So we were to be guided by another person. Found him to be helpful and pleasant.

I visited for Singapore visa, staff were polite and assists in getting visa in a week.only problem is that many people will be there to get visa and it consumes time at office as only 2 people will take care of visa processing.

Waiting time is high for Visa, I waited almost 3 hrs on Saturday, the staff is calm, however they need have more personnel in visa section. Online portal status doesn't show accurate status and it may cause concern

Worst customer experience of all time. I am never going to use their services again. Its easier to book everything separately yourselves.

Friendly, some of the staff members, nice place to go, offers coffee to customers until fish gets hooked {pay deposit} and can't free itself, they give dame about customers have their own pricing for foreign currency, bit pricey, don't care you need keep calling. If you have money to burn go to travel agents, can travel on own and save money.

This is like one more government office. Applied for Singapore VISA, visiting for the third time. First time I visited their office on Saturday, they said half day only for VISA department, but in their email, they had mentioned Saturday is a full working day. Not even a single higher up to question.

Second time I visited, they asked me to get documents which they had not mentioned in the checklist which they sent through email.

Third time I had been to their office, and took 45 minutes to submit my documents. They told me to collect my passport after 22 days, which is past my travel date. While paying money they said one week.

Almost after a week checked my VISA status online, it says "Status: Received Payment- Awaiting Documents at Branch".

The employees over here are very casual and don't take any responsibility and they cannot handle your holidays smoothly. One of the worst place to deal with. In future I will not look for any service from Thomas Cook or recommend to any of my friends.

Pros - When I first contacted TC, the assigned person Shri Kumar Rao properly helped me with the documents, and told us to visit the Bangalore branch. In Bangalore, a person named Rajesh worked overtime to help us complete the application. He promised delivery by 5-7 April, and we got the passport with Visas on 2nd April.

Cons - First, TC takes too long to process Visas. In Malaysia, they were asking 7-8 days, while we got it done in 3-4 days from elsewhere. Second, their status system is broken. The Visa status on the website always shows 'awaiting documents at branch'. Even TC reps.do not have any further information on application status or even Visa reference number (VRN), including Visa manager at the branch. After a lot of follow-up, we only get the confirmation that our applications were sent to Embassy on 24th. The actual application status was a big suspense till the date of approval. Third, they do not have a pick-up / delivery service.
