One of the worst experience! In spite of asking multiple times for 30 minutes. She kept staring at us not bothered to call even after asking. I walked out since no one was attending to me. If you wish to waste your time go ahead, else there are plenty around Bangalore.

Smooth and swift experience getting forex. Only thing was a slight shortage of currency as it was beginning of financial year, for which I had to make two visits to the branch and pay transaction costs twice. Rates are competitive and office is comfortable. Thanks for good service.

I am at Thomas Cook HSR branch right now and I have been waiting here for the last 15 minutes coz apparently the system is not restarting of an employee named Shilpa. The staff's behaviour is extremely rude especially this person named Shilpa.

This is the best place where u have a world wide solution for travelling
The best part is: Mr. Sudarshan he is such a super cool person I am been assisted by him since more the 2 years.
And even Ms: Shilpa ASM was quick to help and work done

Thomas Cook is a reliable place for currency exchange and booking tour holidays in HSR Layout. It received the best branch award in the whole of India for 5 years in a row. You can finish the work in 15 -30 minutes. There is a forex card available in which you can load 9 different currencies at the same time, this card is for free provided you load at least 200 dollars worth of one currency. I had visited this place to get Dirhams and Dollars and the friendly and efficient staff was quick to help.

They ask you to come to the location just to tell they are out of currency. No consideration for others' time.

Purchased Turkish Extragavanza trip package for travel between 28/11/2022 to 07/12/2022.
Mrs. Monica & Ms. Supriya guided us in selecting this package & really it turned out to be a memorable trip.
TC had organized this trip very efficiently & it's worth mentioning about Mr. Rohit Patil who was our tour manager & he managed the tour very effectively.

Pathetic service, ride staff. We had to wait for hours to get the service done. Some of the staff comes to work at 11: 30. Am SBI office would have a way better service.

I spoke to them over phone, very rude behavior, less knowledge in Forex process. MG road/Koramangala representatives were helpful

Had to wait for 2hrs to get my currency exchanged. Also, they provider the cash in large denominations (100 Euro bills).

Total Waste of time, they will make you wait for 1-2 hours just to collect forex cash which you already booked online. Not recommended at all.

They tell you come tomorrow for collecting foreign currency for exchange and then next day tell you it's not there. Just wasting customer time

Had a very smooth experience getting forex.
Was worried a bit after reading reviews but my experience was great. Booked the forex from website and selected pick up from HSR Layout branch. Got confirmation on mail and called the branch and confirmed the availability and visited them with all requested docs, took 15 mins and I was done.

For students, I would really suggest to go for the student forex cards provided by the different banks.e. G. ICICI student forex card etc.

Forex cards will give you the best rates than these people. Sharing this based on the personal experience.

We had good experience in currency exchange. It was smooth to Fill up everything online and uploading required documents.

Very slow service. Even before calling wait time is approx 1 hour. If you are understaffed, have an appointment system.

If your time is valuable please don't go here. The staff and operations of this branch were as slow as they can get. Had to wait around 1.5 hours to get my cash which was already paid for. When I tried to bring this up with the owner of the branch about how things were extremely slow, she was more concerned with the fact that I addressed her by her first name. She didn't own up to the long delays bad customer experience and instead made me feel like I was at fault.

Staff is very kind and helpful.
I was interested in getting visa and ticket services done through them, but, they support only complete tour packages.

Avoid this place at any cost for forex. Their rates are unreasonable. I lost 4 rupees per dollar with in a span of 20 days, despite dollar rate increasing. Better to convert online using bookmyforex or any other service. Avoid this place for forex exchange
