Approached Thomas cook Koramangala for foreign exchange the staffs here are very co-operative and provided good information on the forex and dos & don'ts, I got the currency exchanged $ with in few minutes of my visit and the rates were the best rates provided to me compared to the others in the area.

I wish there was zero option with the review system as that's what Thomas Cook deserves. I contacted them on Monday for a request, it's been 4 days. There is zero response. They have stopped taking the calls. I thought this was a reputable company but it's clear shows that they one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL company that I have ever encountered. I would say, don't waste your time with Thomas Cook. Find a better alternative.
