Waiter forced us to pay service charge inspite its a govt rule that service charge is voluntary choice of the customer. Been in Bangalore for 8 years but never seen any restaurant declining to remove service charge after request. The waiter argued in a harsh manner and tried to force us. Finally their manager came and agreed to remove service charge. The good mood of drinks went to drain before leaving. Not recommended at all.
I didn't plan on eating here when I initially came to Indranagar, but we liked the ambience so decided to give it a shot. For a saturday afternoon, there was surprisingly many empty tables, we then discovered that they had seating on two floors (indoors and rooftop). The rooftop's ambience was breezy and very beautiful. The food was pretty good, I highly recommend the mushroom soup, it was amazing! The tortellini was very fresh and had the perfect balance of ricotta cheese to the classic red sauce. The quesadilla was not great, very average and not much flavor. Its definitely worth a visit, lots of veg options as well! Overall 4.2/5 stars from me!
This place is amazing in its own genre. At times, it is dull and at times, it gets huge crowd. Overall can visit this place. Food and service are decent enough.
The food was really good, but what I had an issue with was the service. First they forgot our order then said we didn't place the order. Basically 1 person's word against the entire group. Delayed by an hour. Another issue was that we had the total bill at 6k and they levied a service charge of 10%, whereas a service charge of 600? We asked them to remove it and they first said they wouldn't later say, only if we pay through cash or card, then they'd remove the service charge.c'mon you cannot expect us to wait for an hour for our order of 6k worth of food and then expect us to pay 600 as service charge. Also dineout users you cannot pay through the app at this place if you remove the service charge PS - The only reason for the 3 is the food and atmosphere. Else I'd give it a 1.
Hookah and alcohol is very rarely served in Bangalore and this place is one of them. Nothing much exciting but if hookah gang want to go with alcohol lovers then one can go here.
Decent place to hangout with bunch of friends. Had been with office team. Table we occupied was for around 14 folks. Seating was bit uncomfortable since it was of low height. Food was good and made good combo with evening rain. Ambience was also average. Too much of low light photography was explored due to a bit improper lighting. Service was neither quick nor slow. Overall all good place. 3. & a
The place is good as it is one of the rare places where you get both hookah and drinks. Coming to the place it's structure is huge and multistorey makes it spacious. Variety of drinks and quality of food is amazing. FYI - Hot toddy's is amazing and also you get Bailey's here. The one thing which I did not like about the place is the arrogant behavior of the waiters. Their behavior should be really looked into by the management as it puts out a bad image of the place.
Food is okay, but service and staffs are really bad. They do not take the order properly when questioned on the wrong service staffs argue very rudely with customers.
If you want some hookah or some drinks with good veg and non veg options this is the place to visit. After office party or hanging out with friends this is a place to visit.
An exciting place with a great mix of exotic cocktails and excellent food. I ate the Polynesian fish steamed - its a must try because its heavenly. We were assisted by Akhil who was extremely hospitable. Thanks Akhil.you made it special for us;). We ate, drank and then danced the night away!
Went here to see the match on the big screen. Awesome crowd and location was central. They have valet parking. Food was good and drinks too. Good place to hang out. Have been here for a team dinner too. Enjoyed both times.
I wanted to give 3.5 stars. I am little picky about night clubs. They can do much better with the music. Service is very good. It's a pub, so food is not out of the world but small plates might surprise you.
