I am having a horrible experience with Thrillophilia. They assured me to book car rentals and hotel bookings (which I had shared a week or more back) and today they say they cannot do the booking because it’s too late to book (travel date is tomorrow) and asking me to book hotel and rental via MMT and Ola Uber. Plus the poc don’t pick up the calls.

I have made additional booking but again no confirmation or update on that bit.

I need immediate assistance and i am still not assured of any of my bookings

Unprofessional to the core. Never risk your international trip with these folks, after paying the amount, you'll have to follow-up for updates, while the case manager has 0 professional etiquette - (should you get Jigyasa as a case manager, God help you). We booked for Singapore and the package from the beginning mentioned the pickups in the country will be all private - closer to the date when they re-shared their itinerary - it mentioned private but they verbally said it was a miscommunication.

If you're a customer wanting to have a second opinion whether to go ahead with them or not - and if you're reading this - please do not go ahead with Thrillophilia

We booked their uae trip for 6 days
Firstly the salespeople dont know anything about the itenary as per my knowledge they are just there to fool you
we had private transfers for the hotel as we landed for which we had to wait for 4-5 hours at the airport to wait for the other members.
Hotel shown was wescott hotel 4 star or similar where we stayed was good as a 2 star fortune karama hotel.rooms were basic, noises were heard from the washroom.
A lot of things we promised at the time of booking later when we reached those were not shown.
We had been given 4 choice of clubs where they we had no reservations we had to pay the entry fees and separate what we buy inside.
Before leaving for the trip we were said they shall be with us 24 x 7.after going no calls we answered have attached a proof for the same.
Dubai frame miracle garden we had to do from ourself.
In an emergency situation driver Arshad from TICKAT informed us that even if you die inside i wont stop the car. Dont know how these guys recruit them.
If anyone reading this request not to book your tour from Thrillophilla as they are just indeed a scam company with no office location also share it with people as they get careful.

Wish I had never bought Movie World tickets through you. Now you won’t stop spamming me with emails and you haven’t provided a method to unsubscribe. Figure I should report you for spam.

Very poor customer service team. No way of reaching them by mail or call if you have like few hours to book. Will never even try to go through this company ever

I had the worst nightmare experience with the group of people i was traveling with. Would like to emphasize on the following key points which went wrong:
1. Mismanagement: Right from the beginning we saw mismanagement from their end. Guide was not provided and driver had no idea which places to visit.

Delayed response. Sometimes no response.

2. Got stuck in bus for 9 hrs because they missed to cross the checkpost on time. One can imagine what problems one will face if one gets stuck from 9pm to 6am in a lonely forest area where there was no facility for washroom.

Would like to warn you not to chose thrillophilia as your travelling agency.
YOU WONT GET ANY HELP WHATSOEVER HAPPENS TO YOU DURING THEIR ORGANIZED TRIP.

If there was option to give negative rating would surely have given them that.

Such a worst nightmare! You guys may be better for an Indian travel but not at all the best for a Europe travel.

To all who are reading this post please read it completely it's for your own benefit.
I booked the tickets for colloseum and Vatican through this website and paid for the tickets well in advance about 2 months ahead.
The travel to Italy colloseum was at 9am skip the line tickets to view the colloseum inside.
These guys will send you a ticket confirmation but when you show this ticket in the counter they won't let you in as the tickets they send you doesn't have a bar code or qr code for the colloseum entry which wasted our whole travel and made us stressed the who week we spent in Italy.
Upon checking with them they don't have a direct number for us to make a call the number is an Indian number which when we reach some one would reachout to you through watsapp.
Upon checking with the agent they advised that they get the tickets and then they will send you a ticket depending on that daya availability by checking with their provider which is a total scam. The pont of us booking through you well in advance is to make sure that you have the tickets ready.
Later they would tell you a time which complelty ruins you existing itinerary for the stay you have in Italy.
Such a worst experience we could not visit colloseum and they are trying to refund the money.
But they are a scam.
I would advise the travellers not to book with thrillophilia not even once it's better always to book with the direct websites as it will ruin your whole trip.

The refund is under process and hope we would get it. But would you be able to give us the time and the expectations that we had to visit colloseum back? No way such a bad experience.

Why do you play with peoples values time and their entire trip by doing this. Either you should have advised about these things when we book nothing was advised and we where stranded missing one of the important places.

Scam alert - don't do the same as we did by booking your tickets to places in Europe with them they are not a right people to give you the ticket.

Please please book your sights through the direct website they are the best and book well in advance.

Thrillophilia - such a waste of time and unreliable one of the worst experience we had in our travel to Europe.

Rather saying worst, I would consider this as learning. What we should do and what not during booking a tourist. The sales person said he is direct partner with Rajesthan tourism, but after going to the trip found it’s third party. 1st day since we are new we asked the driver for the location for pick up, he answered one but later he came 1.35 hrs late. He was using our mobile for map. He was not shared with the itinerary. He was asking us for the tour plan. Every time we tell him the place, he calls his base and confirm and then go to the respective location. Which took much of our time. By the time he confirms most of the monuments are closed. He will never drops us in the location. He will always take us to the parking lot and expect us to pay the parking fee. Also he make sure we are away by 1km from the location. We missed many locations in the itinerary. 3rd day he brought his relatives child with us for the trip. Which cost us nearly 1000₹. How could we avoid a child while we eat? We have to bare his lunch and dinner and fee for all the monuments. End of the day we spend most of the time is connecting with his bare and Ruchika our POC. I keep telling them we count of guests are 10 but they booked only for 9 and made me pay for a bed on day 2. And break fast in the third hotel is very pathetic. I would never ever travel with this company anymore or do not recommend. Expect that POC every thing is bad. He ow me 1000₹

NEVER BOOK WITH THRILLOPILIA! SCAM

I am a young solo traveler currently in Australia, so I have a fixed budget. I was hesitant to book with this company and should have trusted my gut.

I specifically booked a day tour for the puffing billy train in Melbourne with a man called Suman. The package I paid for included a pick up service and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours of my trip for the location. Instead I was called MANY times 5 days prior to my trip. I explained that I was busy and could not answer the call but messaged the brief address, however he persistantly kept calling. I replied with the full address minutes later but he told me that I was late responding (this was a 15 minute encounter).

He agreed to pick me up at the location I sent previously and followed up with the booking confirmation. I even replied to double check where he would collect me and he IGNORED my message.

On the morning of the trip I go to the agreed location extra early and waited well over an hour and no one showed up. I messaged and called him and was ignored again.

When tried very hard for my refund with, Thrillopilia they told me that he didn’t agree to collect me as I was late responding so they wouldn’t give me a refund. This was simply not true and the messages prove it.

AWFUL customer service, was treated very poorly and will never book with them again

I was going on a trip to srilanka.once i did the payment no response from them. This is how you treat customers @thrillophilia.lts a total stress and harassment and waste of time and begging for you own money

Fraud alert.beware from them. During booking time they will promise something at the end they will deduct a huge amount.try to avoid them for international trips.still regretting to booking from them.

I am aending to your team a several emails regarding your pending dues here in UAE but no proper respinse from your company. Contacted to Mr. JAGDISH RUFANI on the same matter he refer me to Mr. ARNAB but no reply after he asked the invoces, almost everyday sending a WhatsApp message to Mr. Jagdish and calls as well, today am calling him 6 times and send a message in WhatsApp but no reply. I had recently planned a 7 day Bali trip for my family with thrillophilia and it was an abysmal experience.
Initially we were kept in dark as every 10 days our POC changed due to all weird reasons. Even after paying for flights early on they booked our flights after 2 weeks. Till then we were kept hanging of whether the trip would happen or not. The same happened with the land package as well. Finally we got the final itinerary for the trip just 4 days before departure.
Though Bali is a beautiful place, the trip was poorly executed. Very poor on ground planning and execution by Thrillophilia and its local partner Easy Tour Bali. For the first 5 days it was an abysmal experience as we were only chasing thrillophilia, easy bali  for the driver assignments for each day after the very bad 2nd day experience with the driver. He was just reluctant to take us around according to the itinerary. Wasted our time for almost 4 hours taking us to random places and then reasoned with us saying we’ll cover the spots in time and eventually missed 3 of the 5 spots on day 2. Local drivers assigned weren’t aware of the itinerary and took us to places not included also and were reluctant to drive and cover the spots in the itinerary. On Day 5 as per itinerary we were supposed to leave from the hotel at 8am but no driver was assigned and we had to wait for 3 hours. Easy Bali agents assigned to us for local assistance were unreachable, unprofessional and were not replying to calls including thrillophilia and were unable to provide us with drivers for the days trip, but finally managed to send a driver who was assigned for the remainder of the trip and was good as he arrived before time everyday, covered all the spots and waited even if it was getting late. The most memorable days of the trip were the last 3 days. There was literally zero coordination between thrillophilia and easy tour bali regarding the whole trip. For the first 5 days the drivers were 1 hour late everyday than the scheduled time. When asked they said they were told departure time 1 hr post the original. A very bad experience overall.

I booked my first-ever solo trip with them. As soon as I added my inquiry to the website, I got a call. The agents were very informative and resolved my queries quickly, providing me with a short brief about the treks. I planned Valley of Flowers and I had a great experience. The pdf that is provided also has ample information, and tips on carrying the essentials needed for your trip. Thank Thrillophilia I had a great experience.

My recent trip to Andaman was amazing. The place is so beautiful, the beaches are alluring and the experience was wonderful. From hotel to sightseeing everything was perfect. Thank You Thrillophilia for making it an amazing experience

My family and I went to Nature Adventure Camp in Kanakapura which we booked from Thrillophilia. We stayed in well-maintained tents. It was so affordable and worth the price. The experience being so close to nature is really relaxing & breathtaking. The guides were very helpful and maintained everything in an organized way. Want to recommend this from the bottom of my heart!

Me and my friends went to manali and we had a fun trip.everything was nicely arranged from food to transfer to hotel room.it was a good experience.looking forward for more such trips. Thanks Thrillophilia

Have selected thrillophilia for kashmir great lake trek in month of August.one can not expect worst service and management than this. We cdnt complete the trek coz they cdnt manage logistics. Sooo pathetic service. Its really disappointing.

Worst possible Team head. Very risky to go with MR PARTH In Leh and Ladakah. Except Bike riding team Marshals rest all pathetic Dont chose This organisers. My god never seen such pathetic organisers. BE CAREFUL before choosing Thrillophilia and Mr Parth

Worst ever experience. Mr Partha takes things very lightly. The Driver of TT gave real nightmare as he was always on phone even when driving on most dangerous roads. We requested to change the vehicle or atleast driver but they didn't do it and we hd to risk our lives.

I had the worst trip of my life while travelling with thrillophilia. These people make ad-hoc plans for you, dont communicate anything to you, when you request them something, they behave like they are masters and we are slaves and we have to follow whatever orders they give us. They even made us pay for stuff that was clearly written as "inclusions". Worst if they put my gender incorrectly while booking tickets due to which the bus operator was asking me to de-board the bus in the middle of night on Delhi highway. You want to have a stressful trip, then go ahead with them. Else spare yourself and find a tour operator who genuinely knows how to operate a tour.

We had booked Tarsar Marsar trek. We were not informed about the sudden cancellation of this trek. When I called the customer care to enquire about starting point in Srinagar, I was then informed on the cancellation. The customer care executive somehow convinced me that difficulty level of both Tarsar Marsar and Kashmir Great Lakes (KGL) was almost the same, which was definitely not true! We were then moved to KGL trek. Also note that once the booking is done, thrillophilia is no more involved. They give it to a local third party.

Coming to the start of trek, we were supposed to stay in tent near Sonmarg; instead they gave some vague reasons and made us stay in a guest house, which was poorly maintained. Please note that there was only one trek leader for a team of 28 people. So, literally you’d get lost if you are either too fast or too slow.

Camping: Himalayan trek experience which was supposed to be a memorable and delightful one was ruined by these people. The tents were smelling very bad and few were leaking. Sleeping bags were hardly cleaned or washed, which made it very difficult to sleep. We had no option since it was very cold and drizzling at night.

Overall a very bad experience!

One of the worst trip planners. We had to coordinate with each hotel and also the taxi services ourselves. They didn't even make payment to hotels we booked due to which we were asked to wait till payments are made. The worst you can imagine will happen at Thrillophilia. People don't answer all they say is I understand. After making huge payments they say we are working on it. Such worse management. Just cannot recommend this platform to anyone.

We went for rafting and camping in Rishikesh last week. We took a 3 night 4 days package from Thrillophilia which was really a fantastic experience for us. The best part of this trip was rafting and the dj night at the campfire place where we had a great time together with our friends. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to have an awesome time with family & friends!

Extremely poor customer service. They don't know how to handle customer service. First they will make you hurry to do the booking saying prices will increase then if you need any flexibility or changes in your booking, they will just not agree saying they have contracts with hotels etc and very rude and unprofessional people. Especially the team lead of Norther region, Mr. Sajan and his team mate Sohail Khan. I am a frequent traveller and travelled with PickYourTrails ans Duniya Safari. The customer service is what makes them class apart.

Our gang recently traveled to Kufri in Himachal. We took this tour package from Thrillophilia. Everything was planned perfectly. The DJ & Bonfire was the best part. And the night party was memorable for all of us.

This package of europe from Thrillophilia was satisfying and fulfilling, the trip goes as per itinerary planned by the team since from the very beginning till the end we had no problems at all, Each country we entered was smooth and we enjoyed our moments there to the fullest with lots of photos we clicked at each attraction. Definitely each place we arrived amazed us by its beauty. The visit to Jungfrau was one of the most highlights of my trip, the view and the place which I won't forget ever. During our tour in Paris our guide was informative and communicative and shared lots of amazing history of the places in detail. The activity in River Seine Cruise in Paris and Canal Cruise in Amsterdam was very great. The hotels were nicely selected which we had a very comfortable stay at each, transportation was comfortable too, Foods and all-in-all we get on this trip were spot-on.

Undeserving to be in the hospitality industry. Extremely unprofessional. Total lack of co-ordination within their company employees. Absolutely did nothing to resolve the issue or even have an open mind to resolve it.

We planned a trip to Sikkim through Thrillophilia, and needless to say, we had no problems during the entire trip. Everything was meticulously planned and executed. The itinerary was devised in such a way that we could make the most of our time and see as much as possible. The package also included meals and lodging and in such less price range we got meals and comfortable stay. Kudos on a fantastic job done by the entire team. All Thanks to Thrillophilia.

The Thrilophilia team was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to creating a personalised package for Himachal. We booked at the last minute and requested hill view accommodations, and they managed. Kudos to them. From hotel to food to transfers everything was top notch and perfectly done. I would like to book more tours with Thrillophilia in future.

I visited the Maldives with my family and the experience we had was fantastic. Everything about the food, the activities, the restaurants, and the hotels was excellent. The food is excellent, and there is a wide variety to select from. The island was breathtakingly gorgeous and completely natural. There are many activities to choose from, and whether you stay in a beach villa or an overwater villa, both are extremely attractive and will make your stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Never ever book your Kashmir trip with them. They neither know anything about Kashmir nor really understand their client need. I had multiple issues on what was promised and what I really got and they charge a heavy money for nothing.

These guys are cheaters. Don't be get fooled. We have sent 75100 including flight ticket and advance payment of the Kashmir tour package as demanded. And later they said flight ticket amount is increased, they need more money. Hence, said that we are not happy to come with you and asked for the refund. They said that refund will take 7-10 days and we asked for immediate refund as because we planned our journey between Aug 2 -7. This is making us very mad. Its been 5 days now that we have cancelled and not even proccessed the amount for refund. When we called them for the same they say that its processing.will process by the end of te day.processed.already processed and it may be pending with our bank.measuring our patience level and making us mad. Very unproffessional and very unhappy with the support.

I made a reservation through thrillophilia for a farmstay in wayanad. I must say staff and services were excellent, the farmhouse was truly comfy, the entire site was well-maintained, the rooms at stay were vast.the washrooms were clean.we also did the coffee walk as part of the package and we really loved as the guide was informative, it was such a lovely experience. I would surely book with Thrillophilia in future

Worst experience with this website. Had lost money as we decided not to Goa's the facilities provided were sub-standard

I planned a trip to Goa with my friends and booked my trip with Thrillophilia, they arranged things well, Everything was good from comforatble stays, well maintained car for pick up drop and sightseeing, food included in package was also very delicious. Overall we had a nice experience with Thrillophilia.

Recently went to Shimla with my family and we had a great time there, We booked our trip from Thrillophilia  and had an nice experience. Everything was well taken care of, the rooms booked were clean and sanitized, the meals were good, the car given to us for local sightseeing was well maintained, the driver was good he had good knowledge of roads and all places he guided us well!

I have been to several treks before with different trekking agencies and I decided to opt for Thrillophilia for Chadar trek which I went on Jan 22nd.

(1) we were made to start the trek one day ahead of schedule just because they were not able to provide us with accommodation. So our acclimatization was cut short by a day which can be significantly dangerous in high altitude treks

(2) I am supposed to get a refund of 10236/- (Advance for 2 people who were supposed to trek with me but eventually dropped off). Its been 3 months since the trek got over and I have not received it yet

Do not get deceived by the good reviews on their website and the comparatively low prices they offer. You will get into lot of trouble. Go for YHAI/India hikes/ Trekthehimalays (TTH)

They are Cheater. We have book the trip and they have harrased us, tourture our kids by forcing then to sleep on floor in hill area, They force us to use worst service. We have force to share common room among 3 families where we have book 3 separate rooms. In hill area they have not confirm the room tough they share with us that it is already confirmed. We are harrased by them to wait outside 5-6 hours with our kids.

They treat us like we are Animals. Once we ask for return they are ignoring it. We are raising this issue in all forum till we will get justice.

Totally unprofessional. We had booked prepaid trip and after reaching the destination with 3 small kids we were told that there is no food and no arrangement were been done. We were asked to return.none of the management staff were reachable. During this pandemic situation we were forced to eat in nearby hotel as kids were very hungry. We had fear of getting exposed to COVID-19.
These guys are totally unprofessional.worst is when they contacted us after few days via email.they are offering us 25% discount on our next trip and mentioning - stay not included within brackets!
Instead of apologizing and understanding the trauma that we went through with our family and kids they are offering business discount! This is absurd.

Please do not book any tickets with these unprofessional they just pass the blame and do nothing. Ofcource they do offer 25% discount on your next trip- Remember stay not included

It was a great experience with Thrillophilia. I enjoyed Pawna Lake camping and the stay was really cool and comfortable. I will recommend it to everyone.

We four of our gang booked a stay in Aura foothills and when we reached the destination we were asked to move to another place called hangout@nandi which was a little far from the exact location. This place hangout@nandi had nothing related to the one that we booked for and the package we had no activities provided (rain dance, swimming pool, trek, zip line,) and a lot of other actives.none of them were provided the food package was not completed and the whole package was not completed and the behaviour of the caretaker of the place had the worst attitude ever I'm my life I have been travelling for years and this is the worst ever experience I have got this to be precise there are two caretakers in the place the person named Sean have an amazing behavior respect.but there is one more caretaker who had given Us the worst experience. The package was was for 2days and one night from 4pm to the next day 4pm including the food. We were asked to leave immediately from the place by showing the worst attitude from caretaker no food was provided in the afternoon and this is the worst ever service from the cafes caretaker and Thrillophilia. I'm so sorry to be saying this because this was the worst experience as the entire location had changed and I demand for a complete refund on my amount. Therefore I am attaching the booking details of every other activities and the package along with. HOPE u guys will take a concern on this and do the needful

They take bookings for properties that are closed. They don't answer calls easily and have worst customer care who have zero concern for customer. They took our booking and when I called property owner he told they are closed. Now when we are asking for refund they are avoiding. They don't want to refund money. Planning to file complain with consumer forum

Very unprofessional. They changed/upgraded their website and because of that I was asked to make a custom payment of Rs. 20,000/- for a luxury resort and the sales representative Shraddha Jain and Abhishek Pandey (manager) did not send me any confirmation for next 2-days and stopped picking my call. This team is very unprofessional and money hungry and lack at their service. They change commission of 20-30% and act as if they are giving free service. Do not trust these people with your money. They will take money and vanish away. After ~3days I got a confirmation email after 101 phone calls to their team. These guys dont deserve a single penny commission.

Did not return any money even for tickets applicable for free cancellation. Other flights and hotels refunded money due to covid situation but thrilophilia did not return a penny.

Do not use them. They promise a lot but offer nothing. They promised all meals and water sports but did not give. Instead of Volvo they use the cheapest buses. 10 hours journey and the most uncomfortable bus.

Goa scuba diving is current running scam.
Where their Web site takes booking for lot of water sports activities with island trip and when reached on spot it's realised only scuba diving is provided and rest costs extra. And no toiled facility or any infrastructure for tourists.

My holiday became a bad day. Booked scuba dive at goa. They took money not refunded also. Picked up at 8 O clock. Took us to the grand Island and made us returned without doing any activity. Reason they told was more people so no slot.
I don't understand why they accept booking if slots are full. I suggest go directly to the spot and book directly. Never go through this irresponsible site. We will get at cheaper rates also.

We were thrilled to book an adventurous camping experience and unfortunately ended up with Thrillopilia which turned out to be a scam for making money. We have booked one camping site by seeing the pictures but they have given us another camping site. Thrillopilia charged us Rs 2250 per person excluding taxes and charges and when we inquired directly with the vendor they are only charging Rs 1400. When I tried to reach out to the customer care it took us 3 times and around 45 mins. However they did not help us in changing the site. Overall I would not recommend Thrillopilia to book any services, instead you can reach out to the vendors directly.

I have been looking to go trekking for a long time and finally got a chance to do it at Tirund.
I booked my stay through thrillophilia. Our guide was well experienced and the staff was also
very cordial. Overall I had a great time over there.

booked a package from thrillophilia and I found their services really good.

My journey to Goa was worth the money spent. All the amenities provided to us were nice
and I had a comfortable trip. Thanks to thrillophilia for providing me a trip at such an affordable
rate.
