Good service by the NVS Arogya center, promptly collected the sample as per the appointment and the reports were delivered on time (by thyrocare labs) with minimal followup. Price of the tests were also very reasonable compared to other private hospitals/labs and other agencies. Would recommend this lab for my friends and Family.

I had extremely bad experience from Thyrocare. While my wife's pregnancy time test results are entirely different. We tested with other clinic we got the correct result But in thyrocare test results are entirely different. Most possibility is to mixed with other person sample. So my suggestion don't go to this clinic.

Ethics: 1star*: staff not following good clinical practice. They suppose to wear hand gloves as they are handling bio samples. Anyone going to give blood for please insist the staff wear surgical gloves. To Each person/patient they need to wear separate gloves. Management should educate the staff interms of personal hygiene keeping staff and patients health in mind.

Public awareness: If you are going to give blood sample for perticular list of tests, Please check the package of tests. Some time your 4 to 5 tests individual cost may be more than the package tests cost or additional 100 rs may give more tests from the same sample.
