Tikona broadband

Worst customer support from last two days I am following to resolve my problem but no response. Even delayed the new connection installation also.

Worst service.for new connection i waiting almost 15 days. Please dont use tikona brodband. The person in charge in not interested in giving a connection.after sharing the details with him.there has been no response at all from him even after repeated calls and messages
