It’s an ASI site. Be ready to scan code for your tickets. It’s in front of the entrance and keep ready your few details like personal ID nu etc to be fed.

Photography can be done outside in the lawns and is strictly prohibited inside the structural establishment. It’s an amazing place to visit and if the weather permits, spend sometime sitting under the tress and in the spacious green lawns.

There’s enough parking space. Like always, keep umbrellas and water bottles handy.

Travel safe. Drive safer.

Great place to observe every little constructed piece, so detailed finishing of interior.must visit, lights were awesome at night.

You can't enter without online form and you have to pay online and fill all your details with ID information. Best part is none of the payment options work and server is always down. Good move by govt, canara bank and archeological department.
It's sad to see many poor people and people who doesnot have internet have to go back.

If you are planning a one day trip to Mysore then you can visit this palace 1st because it’s located outside the city so that you aren’t required to travel from the city again to visit the place.
They have a very good parking place and entrance ticket price is 20rs, they do have an option to pay the amount Online.
It’s not a very big palace but it’s good we can know many historical incidents and it worths!

One of the best tourist attraction in MYSORE is situated in the historical city SRIRANGAPATANAM. Here you can see the things like swords and guns used by SHAHEEDE MILLATH TIPU SULTAN.

This place is good. Although they don't allow to take photos but it's historical and going there is worth. Garden was also good. And yes there may be some problem for payment. Because they provide ticket only after Paytm Payment

A place which evokes the nostalgia and historic insignia. Tranquil yet informative. Artistic yet prideful. Old yet worth revisiting. This is how IT looks today after lockdown. Though it looks deserted now, walking through it gives you goosebumps as you begin to live in those moments - such historic relevance it holds even to this date.

Place is really good. But archeological department installed online ticket system so if u want to enter palace you have to book tickets through online but this system filled with errors. You have to waste nearly half an hour to book tickets. So its better to book tickets earlier in ASI website

Summer palace is a one of the historical place which gives information of old time culture by the wall painting, vintage furniture, swords.

Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace, in Bangalore is an example of Indo-Islamic architecture and was the summer residence of the Mysorean ruler Tipu Sultan. Hyder Ali commenced its construction within the walls of the Bangalore Fort, and it was completed during the reign of Tipu Sultan in 1791. After Tipu Sultan’s death in the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War, the British Administration used the palace for its Secretariat before moving to Attara Kacheri in 1868
