They are the worst, I know the reply to my review will be called as PAID that’s what they do with any negative reviews.
My friend did the same after the worst experience here and then they reply saying it’s paid/fake!
They are not bothered to clear the issue nor customer centric.
Go to this showroom only if you want to pay extra and buy without getting any compliments and then experience worst service after purchase.

I have a Honda bike purchased from Tirmula Honda puttur 8 years ago. I have rendered wonderful service by Tirmula Honda and service center team. The enitre team has been outstanding in rendering customer service. I have done close to 50000 kms and never had any occasion of vehicle stopping midway to seek help, that speaks volumes about the quality of servicing of vehicle if i choose another vehicle in the near future, it will be honda at tirmula showroom for sure.

Well maintained authorized outlet. Staff is helping especially the lady at the billing counter and the man who looks after the preparation of the vehicle for delivery. Clean, with comfortable seating and an adequate number of staff members. Billing and cash collection is very fast, the way it should be. Delivery took me only about half an hour with the entire process.  I'm really happy with their service.

This place offers sales and services. Good place for getting your honda scooters and motorcycles serviced. Attendants are reliable and friendly. The same can be said about the mechanics. You are allowed to watch your motorcycle while they service it. There is also a waiting room available for customers.
