I had back pain for last few months, got very good treatment by Dr prabhakar and Dr Nizam. My pain is relieved and I'm able to do all the activities.

I was having acl injury, I got operated here now my pain got reduced and I got full movement thanks to dr prabhakar and dr nizam

Worst service Providing, they are collecting the fee for Dr consultation but Dr won't treat & check.
Some one else will give the treatment and medicine

No doubt Dr. Rajini C. C is one of the best Pediatrician. She avoids unwanted tests and she listen and explains things in a very good manner. I strongly recommend this Doctor.

Ofcourse one of the classic review posted by someone was "Parents/Patients are fighting to meet the Doctor and Staffs are enjoying it". Some improvement required in this part, token system is strongly recommended here.

One more request to staff, please don't call children as patient, it hurts a lot to the parents when you call repeatedly Patient, instead call something like baby/kid/name.

Years ago My mother had to undergo a bilateral surgery for her both leg knees.she was suffering for the past 10years.we consulted many doctors.and then we met Dr Prabhakar our destiny. Eventhough you come early, they don't allow you to see the doctor at 1st, the staff sends whom ever they want to and then the staff here says that they maintain token system (They will take down the details when they decide and whom they want to go at first, not on basis of who come first)

Dr Prabhakar was superb in explaining what had caused my condition and Dr Nizam brought me back to normality! I was amazed at the difference he made to the flexibility of my spine and other connected muscles in such a short time. Made me feel 10 years younger! Also, the staff generally were friendly and efficient in making appointments.

Very good doctors are available here. I met Dr. Rajini mam, pediatrician friendly nature and patiently listen to kids health.good doctor I can say down to earth person. I best quality of a doctor to "make feel comfortable with the kid", She does. I should thank my friend for recommending this hospital.

Very worst. They make us wait for more dan 45 minutes. And they ask to get in to those patients whose regular to that hospital. Even though its emergency they dont allow. No proper token order also. Worst. Though Doctors are good and the nurse and staffs are not that co operative. If it is emergency please avoid it. As you all can see yourself in the photos instead of operating they are posing to the camera and also check out their reviews oly 4 rating and good review they post reply.

Take a whole day off if u plan to consult any doctor. Came to take vaccine for my child had to wait for 3 hrs.

Pediatrics doctor was very good. I am giving 1star only because of the bad behaviour of the staff. Doctor madam, pls train your staff to be more polite and professional. They are very rude and and spoiling your hospital reputation. Especially the one at the billing section is very bad tempered and seems so frustrated!

Dr. Rajni is good, explains things well. However due to poor overall visiting experience I'm giving this review.

This rating is mainly for staff and the overall token management system. They need you to visit the hospital in person to get tokens. And even when you get tokens insane wait times. No value for patients time. We've visited hospital in morning timeslots and it always took us at least 2.5 hours to get a simple checkup. Doctor facetime was 5 mins and rest is in waiting.

On a given day, it took us almost 4.5 hours to get the checkup done.

I'd like to visit this doctor but can't waste so much time for each checkup. Hopefully this review (like many others here) doesn't fall on deaf ears.

I do wanna reiterate doctor is great but overall management is pretty bad.

1st thing is there is no system in place. There is no appointment system, people have to wait for hours outside as there is not enough space inside to sit. Attender has no courtesy towards patients. Imagine, How difficult it is, standing outside with kids, waiting for hours for one appointment.

Consulted Dr Rajini for my son where he was having fever. She is very professional and treatment was very good as she explained each and every thing with patience including diet all does and don'ts. Listened and answered each and every questions we asked. I would recommend doctor if you are looking for peadiatrician.

This is with my personal experience, me my wife and my 9 months old son travelled to Bangalore and its first time for my son to Bangalore. From the next day I came to Bangalore my son got severe running nose, block, cold and cough. Much worried my wife and me visited this hospital. Upon discussion with Doctor advised that nose block is heavy and this is a symptom of viral infection and nothing to worry about it as this is common in this season, may expect fever in next 2 days and gave paracetamol drops, citricold drop and nasal drops for the kid. Next 2-3 days there is no sign of change in anything for my kid and symptoms remain the same after paracetamol drops he was swetting. My wife was too worried, the next day I went to Rainbow multi-speciality hospital and Doctor asked for how long was the symptoms for almost 7 days and we were treating for nearly 3 days with given medicine and no change. He told this is not bacterial or viral infection if so your son will be suffering from fever. He just told to take hot water breathing with nebulizer and cold and cough serup on the next two dose in 12 hours it's reducing my kid started to be active.

I was having an ankle sprain for 1 month and i came to know this clinic then i consulted dr prabhakar sir then he referred to physiotherapy dr nizam sir which he given some specific exercises which completely reduced my ankle sprain i never expected this result where i can do all activities again

I am visiting for Back pain and detected with spondilitis, Orthopedic doc is good and physiotherapy is also good here. I can feel my back pain reducing in just 1 day by Dr Nizam Hamza Physiotherapist. Its a clinic with all facilities and very less waiting time. Would recommend to everybody.

As expected Doctor was very understanding and my mother was taken care. He explained the problem very nicely.and very second day I took my son also.he was very happy with the treatment.

I got to know about Dr. Prabhakar V and thus this hospital through Practo. I am glad that I did. I visited the hospital with severe low back pain and relieved of pain now. This hospital has all the basic facilities and runs with a small but very STRONG team, right from Dr. Prabhakar V and Physiotherapist Dr. Nizam Hamza to the staffs all are so good and sincere. Dr diagnosed my problem quickly. The way he explains the cause and cure of the problem reduces the anxiety of the patient and the excellent physiotherapy reduces the pain. Pain is gone!
I would refer my friends and family to the hospital.
[P. S Though I don't have to consult the pediatrician Dr Rajini C. C, I always witness a good number of parents with babies waiting there for their turn. We could always hear her kind words and sincere advice to the parents from waiting area. ]

Dr. Prabhakar V is a specialist in children’s orthopaedics! He figured out my 20 months son’s dislocation even before doing the X-ray and set the bone in place! The X-ray came out fine! Excellent and considerate service by them.

My daughter had a fall and fracture in hand. Doctor looked after the kid very well and clearly explained the details, care to be taken. I feel the charges very reasonable and the service provided is good.

The good thing is that doctor did not recommend unnecessary scans or medicines unlike I have experienced in other big hospitals.

Very good health care set up which addresses all health concerns and giving excellent quality care to the patients.

I had severe back pain since 2 years so, i visited the clinic where Dr. Prabhakar diagnosed the issue, explained the situation and suggested physiotherapy for a while.
I visited for physiotherapy sessions under Dr. Nizam's guidence where he even taught exercises to strengthen my back.
Now, I'm completely alright.
Really grateful for the service the clinic had provided.

I regret to mention the diagnosis diagnosed by Dr. Prabhakar, in front of patient itself he scared you will get paralysis and blood cell will burst, without proper follow u
he advises to go for blood checkups for which he charges crazy figures. A commercial minded Doctor having lack of experience. He has his own medical shop and drugs once sold no refund.

I had initially done video consultation because of the pandemic. But since it was an ortho issue he had to check physically. The doctor was very professional, patient and very meticulous with his diagnosis. He explained my problem in a very simple manner. I have got a definite relief from the severe pain with his medication. Very satisfied with the doctor and his clinic.
