Had a great experience with helpful staff who took time to explain the different lenses and options

I wanted to call out on my pleasant buying experience with titan eyewear store on my recent purchase. The staff were very polite and courteous from the go and were not trying to force any upwardly priced frames. I missed the name of the polite lady staff who helped me on sales but again Anu the opthomologist was very patient and detailed in her approach to explain on eye power diagnosis as well on the suggestion for my lenses. Would highly recommend a visit!

Awesome place to buy spectacles. Also wanted to add recently I visited with my mother's broken specs and they did the service for free even though it wasn't bought from there. Great service. Thanks once again.

Anu ma'am was smiling, patient and explained all our queries in detail and guided us to the best. Zahir helped in getting a spare part for my spectacle on emergency which was perfect in shade and style.we suggest you keep some small oval shape frames please.
Both Anu and Zahir did their best to make our visit memorable and maintained the name of Titan Eye to fly higher.

Amazing place, very good hospitality, and very kind people too. They fixed my broken glasses for free. Very elegant frames for good prices. Overall maintained place, good customer service, good products. You should go to this place if you want to buy new spectacles, must.

I urgently needed to get a pair of progressive glasses as I was scheduled to travel. The staff were very helpful. Ninon, jamuna, Imran and Lakshmi helped me choose the frame and explained to me the details of the various ranges of lenses that were available. The store manager Kashif fixed the lense and home delivered the glasses even though it was late.
I appreciate their efforts in processing and delivering my glasses before my travel date, while some other stores refused to oblige.
