I have been visiting Titan Indiranagar Shop for quite a few years; vantage location/ available parking & store ambience is super. Recently I visited the store to get my Lenses replaced to my existing frame. I was guided most patiently by Rafi from Titan.who pointed out my existing frame is not sturdy enough to support a change, thereafter I shared another frame which passed.at the outset I told him that I shall not be replacing the frame. Never once did Rafi make an attempt to hard sell a Titan Frame. Also I am a Shareholder.and I was not carrying my Discount Coupon; he again waited for the day after thus enabling to encash my Discount Coupon. All in all a very Pleasant Experience.
Must add. I had sent my driver to collect the Spectacles today; once again Rafi from the Titan store called to check on the Fitting and Anti Fogging.both of which were perfect. I am completely bowled over both by Titan and Rafi.
By the way, recommend to get your Lenses Anti Fogged.

The experience at titan eye plus was really good and a special mention to shailendra for the way he examine and conduct the vision test.

Experienced Best customer service in recent times. I have been to their shop last week to buy the spectacle, the salesperson was helpful and patient and he had shown me a lot of models and made some good suggestions too (they have good collections in all the price ranges). I bought an Oakley frame and was a bit confused about the color and the logo's color, they were supportive enough to check in other outlets to confirm the logo color and then I opted for the one which they have suggested. After that, the lady who took my eye test was too good as she examined my eyes thoroughly and arrived at the right power as I was feeling a bit uncomfortable with my current spectacle's power.
Post-sales service was really good as they delivered my order to me at my doorsteps. Overall I would say it was a hassle-free process and very good customer service.

I am using spectacles for the past 25 years and this will be a memorable purchase process.

I got my spectacles from this place, and I have to say that the entire process was seamless. Rafi, the sales person I got in touch with was simply amazing. I moved out of the country and I wanted to order my specs. I called Titan Eye, I told them them I had ordered specs in the past. They pulled out my purchase history. Ordered the exact same specs and got it ready in no time. A friend of mine was coming from India and they had it delivered on time.
Despite of the time difference, Rafi was constantly in touch with me and followed up again after few days just to make sure I received my glasses.
As far as the glasses is concerned it's Vogue so can't complain.
Just one thing that it sometimes fogs up and I had asked for anti glare and anti fog. Not sure if the coating has been done right. But all in all a great buying experience. Thank you once again Rafi for all your assistance.
