We had the pleasure of visiting Titan Eyeplus at kalyannagar for an eye test for my family, and I must say it was the best eye care experience I've ever had,
From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, Store was clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere
The optometrist, Dilip Kulkarni was not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring, He is a down to earth person took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the eye test, why it was done and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Optometrist Mr Kulkarni answered all my questions patiently and provided valuable insights into maintaining good eye health
The clinic is equipped with Advanced digital state-of-the-art technology, ensuring a precise and thorough examination. The attention to detail was impressive, and I left feeling confident in the accuracy of my prescription

This was my first time visiting titan eye plus and I found it much better than the other chains. They have used reference frame technology to personalize my frame which made the whole experience feel very personalized and great. Jai was very helpful throughout the whole process, He helped me select the perfect frame and lens package for Me while not breaking my wallet

The best shop in our area, easy to approach. Have a lot of collection & well displayed. The evenings are not so welcoming in the shop as the staff do not greet immediately & some times do not attend to the customer. Shortage of staff? But I am a regular customer but do not get any discounts.

Absolutely delighted with the service and the response of the staff!
Prices are affordable and a good collection of branded eyewear!
In house eye doctor will also help you check the power and help you choose based on the same.
You can get a lens, eyewear, solution for your lens amongst others.

Same my wife also bought spectacles 1 month back on the same store it broke am itself Titan guys are saying it’s physical damage you are selling third grade quality products and pricing more no ethics form you very bad store I suggest don’t fell in to this trap

I bought a new frame in the month of March and the frame broke by itself 2 months later. I explained the whole situation to one of the staff member he refused out rightly stating physical damage which is first of all not a physical damage. If you guys give third quality frame and say physical damage. Atleast learn to understand the customer concern rather than refusing everything. Totally disappointed i have been using Titan glasses for almost 5 years and this how in turn you treat the customers. Now i have to think twice before purchasing anything from Titan Eyeplus!

Dilip has done the Eye testing very precisely and with great attention. I have never get tested that accurately at the eye center.

Went their recently to get my and my kids eyes checked, had a good experience with optometrist Mr. A. Nayak. He was very knowledgeable and the test was conducted very systematically, he also answered all our questions regarding the tests. Highly recommend Mr. A. Nayak for eye tests.

The overall service is also good and all the staff are very friendly.

Free eye check up is just a fake route to lure people, check with any eye hospital first n then outside with these kind of con masters

Quality of lenses and specticals are awesome

Super helpful staff. I was in an out in 5min for a silly adjustment to my frame but it felt like I was the most important customer they had all day.

This store is quite well maintained and they follow all protocols for covid. Dr Anu is my go to person she is so informative on the products and goes out of the way to help her customers. She was very helpful in getting me the exact quality lenses i required even though she had to go out of her way to order it. Dr Anu has maninatined excellent behaviour and service on delivery of my lenses and price for it.
