Been purchasing from here for more than 3+ years for myself and for my parents.
Staffs are really good.
You would find different styles and varieties of frames & lens options as well.
Price is reasonable. I felt the quality of the titan product good.

I have recently visited this store for my eye test. I must say the reception by Ms. Dikshya was very pleasing. I got my eye test done by her and also got all my queries answered with satisfaction. I have ordered two specs as per her helpful suggestion. Just want to thank for the amazing service.

Please don't visit this store, it's the worst customer experience I had in my life. I thought Titan from Tata are known for their being faithful to the customer, but is all just make-believe.

I had a got a Titan Eye X spectacle with added features like listening to the music and calls, I have already gone twice to the store finding faults in them and this time it has stopped working only.
Now the store instead of taking the compliant is accusing me of sabotaging the product and providing it to them, they are not ready to take the complaint even though my product is under warranty.
Please don't buy this product (Titan Eye X), it's giving me so much problems within one year of use, don't know what will happen after I use it for more than a year when I don't have a warranty. Buy any other product with some cost you will get good frames from any other stores.

We went for eye checkup for my wife eye check up.they have checked and said no issues related to eye sight.respective optician spoken very well and provided all necessary things like eye exercise, food to consume for goods eye sight and they have not charged any thing. I can suggest you this happily

The value and service provided by this Titan eye + outlet is so fabulous. The main reason behind visiting this particular store is Mr Imran. He helped to service my spectacle multiple times without any charges.
He provides you with every required information with nice behavior. Nice and polite staff and very helpful. Always prefer this shop.
It feels like visiting the store again and again because of their fabulous product designs and valued customer happiness.

Loved the signature collection more than Ray Ban and vogue frames for two reasons: 1 the lightest frame I could find in the store, 2 inbuilt nose pads which makes it comfy along with a sleek temple profile. But do feel that it’s expensive by a couple thousand bucks. But overall very happy and satisfied. Specs of lens chosen was very well explained and Diksha is a well knowledgeable at identifying the right power for you. Thanks a lot to all the members as they welcomed my Shihtzu at the store so warmly which I donot see frequently.

Titan @ TATA - would say the best, I had a fast track eye wear have to do minor repair. I visited here and did in just 5 mins. For service they did not charged anything.it was awesome experience for me. Thank you Imran

I went for an eye check up. We're I had (The best experience) we're I didn't experience it in any other near by optical, We're they even charge for a eye test. But in (TITAN EYE+ it's FREE) Ms. Dikshya handle it professionally by going through my eye test. We're she even advice's me what kind of food should be taken to improve you eye sight. Feb 2022: Visited again on an emergency.my son had damaged his spectacles (he has very high power so needed something ASAP) and I barely had any hopes of getting immediate resolution.but once again the staff provided immediate damage control and assistance for smooth, hassle-free and cost-effective replacement.

Imran serviced my glasses so quickly! Really impressed! Checked out the collections of frames and sunglasses and found that they were good. Diksha helped show all frames that I was trying. Very good experience with the staff and the store as a whole

I visited them to get my eye power checkup done, it was done only in a matter of minutes all because of the efficiency they work with. Chaitali handled the procedure in my case and she was very polite and explained me the doubts I had very patiently.

They have an wide range of products. They deal in multiple brands including Tommy Hilfiger and Ray Ban. The eye testing conducted there is accurate and efficient. The staff is courteous and professional.
The best part is their after sale service. I accidentally damaged my Ray Ban shades that I purchased from this store. When I asked them to fix the damaged shades, they did it in no time. Thanks a lot.

I had the best experience with Titan eye plus Malleshpalaya. The Staff is one of the best and very customer friendly. It's a good store. The collection of frames is good enough. The staffs are very courteous and will attend you properly. And Titan frames in general are very good at reasonable cost. They can definitely work on improving the speed of giving the finished product back.

Really Awesome experience. Today I have visited for eye test bcz getting headache while sitting in front of system for a long period. They have tested my eyes and I don't have any eye site issues thenthey suggested some precautions. For zero error no fee. I would recommend Titan Eye plus happily

I went to get my eye tested. The store people were very hospitable and accomodating. We went in late and Dr. Gayatri stayed back late to check my eyes inspite of the fact that she had to travel very far.
