I went there for a service of my oakley shades. Had an issue with the lens chipping out. I thought they will ask me to give it to brand service center instead the staff were very polite enough to accommodate my request. Great experience with this titan store. Kudos to the brand.

Titan Eye Plus! Years of association, initially for the mere fact that it's Tata and hence the Trust and Confidence of quality and reliability.

Now, just add the personalization to it. That's what I get when I step into the showroom at Haralur. Pooja and her team are just beyond your expectations in every which way you engage with them. They understand your need, suggestions based on the need and cater you such options, that I personally was floored hearing them out. More importantly, some of these options they suggest will be just a great investment for your eyes, for years to come.

I was suggested for progressive lenses. I know, you all must be thinking, its a gimmick to make money. Nah! Meet them, you know why. The science, the theory and the practical use, hear the information from them, it would make you understand why someone like me needs to take one. I believed it and I can say, it's definitely an investment. Ask, me if I go for a lesser priced bifocals or multiple pairs of Spectacles for each sightedness, I won't. Weigh the option with ease of use, convinience of having these work as close to your normal eye vision works and not to have to change for specific sight specs. More importantly the technological advancement seen to give you more than you paid for. I strongly recommend everyone to go for progressive lenses, as they very adaptive and makes you feel normal sighted. No headaches, as I heard and once you go for them, no looking back, for sure.

The frames and lenses, I got to choose were of high quality, very durable and more over now you get the option of insurance too.

I have been going to both [Builda Fina Lumos, Haralur & Park Square Mall, ITPL] the Titan Eye Plus owned by Pooja and they have been making me feel at home and like a family everytime. In fact, many a times going beyond my expectations.

Sanath is another gem of a team member she has, while I don't remember the names of others, they all are extremely professionals.

Don't have to buy, visit once, you get to see what you get!

Recently i visited this store for purchasing a progressive lens, Staffs especially the store manager explained me very well about progressive glasses and adaptation. Definitely, the best place to get your specs in Bangalore. Very supportive and courteous staff and committed to timelines. I got a pair of specs and contact lenses. A thorough eye checkup was done first. Then I was given a walkthrough of the features of all the available lenses. The store owner herself was kind enough to help me choose a frame.

An absolutely fantastic experience. The range of frames to the quality of lenses to the expertise of the team that works here is fabulous. Amrutha asked me in detail about my eye condition, keeping in mind my uveitis and cataract history and was able to suggest the best possible lenses. I was also coaches on how to deal with new progressive lenses and the team checks in on you for a couple of weeks to ensure you're getting the hang of them or have any questions! I'm fairly certain I'd only go here for all my vision needs!

I had purchased power glasses from one of the other branches in Bangalore and had to get them repaired. The frame had good chances of breaking since it was badly bent. However, the team from Harlur delicately handled the work and fixed it. Frankly, I didn’t even know if it could be repaired. So thank you team for the wonderful service! The store is fantastic and has abundant collection and the service is really good. Pooja has given really good suggestions of the frames that best suited my face and explained the type of the lens that are best for my power. They follow up with utmost sincerity and deliver the order in time as per the requirement and availability.

We went there since I thought I needed to buy my first pair of glasses. They were very accommodating and gave me a thorough eye test for free, and when the power turned out to be small, they did not push to sell glasses.
