If I able to rate below 1 star. I could have done it. I ever seen such a poor response from Titan especially this team. I bought my spec on July 29.2023 by 10 days I went to shop and complaining about specs.they told me to wait for month to claim the warranty. Again I approached for claim they are not responsible. Even I tried multiple times to call.their response will be nil. I lost my 5000 money.i never recommend any titan products and i completely not recommended to go to this shop.peoples are not ready to admit their mistake and be responsible for their work.

Tried them for a small adjustment of the glasses for my son. Amazingly cordial and helpful person called Sanat. Didn't even charge considering the small job. Yet great gesture.
