This is my second visit to this factory outlet. The store manager cum optometrist Mr. Deepak and optometrist Mr. Uttam were courteous, warm and also knowledgeable. Both have given their suggestions and helped me in selecting the spectacle frame and lenses from the vast collection available in the outlet. Both are an asset to the organisation. Nevertheless, a worthy trip from Bangalore to Chikkaballapur.

I had ordered contact lenses in March and mentioned I needed them as early as possible, they said they would deliver within 10days but i received them after two months.

Recently I went to chickballapur eye plus store and bought three spectacle for my friends. My friends are very happy about the optometrist's approach, explaining of designs and frames. But it is good if there is more frames collections.

I would Like to Thank Optometrist Mr Dilip For his help to get my Contact lens Delivered at my Doorstep to Hyderabad. Even though I have not Purchased anything at Titan till date, He called me through one of my friend who is a Titan customer knowing that I'm looking for Contact lens, When he called from Bangalore, i asked him to provide Biofinity Contact lens which iam using since Long time, he clearly Said they are not dealing with these lens and asked me to send a photo of Contact lens box to understand it's parameters and asked for some time, Again within 5 Minutes i got call from him saying he can provide same parameter Contact lens with a different Brand, I had a doubt if these lens doesn't suit me, He assured me the comfort of lens and he will take it back in case I'm not comfortable with it. Just by His Level of Confidence I decided to do a purchase of Contact lens over a phone call, from a person whom I never met, (I had lot of doubts on the over call purchase) But for my surprise he was taking full follow-up off and kept me updating till I received The shipment from Bangalore.
I'm writing this after using the lens for 5 Days they are so much comfortable.

Excellent service with good communication, safety and beautiful location. Quality of coating, lens and frame is ultimate. One of worst thing about store is AC is not there. Please update your store with Air Conditioning it'll help customer feel better.
