Nobody in the store has a clue about any of the products.
They are not in the mood to do any sales as well.
The product is good but experience is the worst.
Not recommended for people looking for suggestions from the store person.

I am an eye patient and wearing spectacles from last eight years visited many eye care shops and hospitals but after visiting titan Mr Karthik had provided me in depth knowledge about the eyes and we had a long conversation I had never experienced such kind care from anyone

Store staff and management are very polite, courteous and friendly. Received very excellent service. Though it was lens issue Staff handled very efficiently and helped us get through. Keep up the good service

Upgraded bifocals to progressive as per the staff help and feedback they helped me a lot in the balanced vision with progressive lenses you won't need to have more than one pair of glasses with you you don't need to swap between your reading and regular glasses
My vision is natural better than bifocals there's no jump effect

Excellent service. I had an issue with the frame bought 5 months back. Got that frame replaced within 5 mins. Awesome guys. Great collection, all price range available. Do visit if you are looking for a good place to buy glasses.

Post sale service is awesome bought progressive lenses and rayban frame from this store seperate reading glasses all are extremely fine and comfortable

The only problem is they don't sell any cheap lens and frames

I had been to titan eye plus jpnagar for frame fitting of my specs I got preciption glasses in less than 20 min very fast and quick service when my frame broke down in to pieces

I've had crizal lenses from a local opticals in JP Nagar but I got cheated with the fake lenses and those are not crizal lenses I visited the Titan store received the exact lenses from crizal company at discounted prices and Tata quality assurance

I just went to get my specs repaired but they gave me the best services, which they give to their fresh customer. They also helped me to fit my old lens into a new compatible frame as well at their closing hours of 9pm. I really liked the manager & his behaviour towards me & other customers as well.

Everyone was very professional polite and attentive it was well equipped with latest instruments eye check up was good had gone for ordering prescription progressive lenses staff helped us a lot to get a right frame and lense

Great place for a check up. Had a good experience with both the check up done by the optometrist Ms. Pooja as well as the selection of glasses and frame.

I had the wonderful experience when I had occasion to buy lens for my spectacle The courtesy extended by the showroom executives and the optometry staff was excellent It went beyond selling Specs I would always prefer to visit this showroom for my future needs

The store manager stsyed back for exrra half an hour to help my friend to get his glasses and frame fitted in quick 20 minutes even after 9 pm their closing time he was cordial enough to help us out. Very polite. The collections are good.

Manager of the store behaviour is HORRIBLE. He just ignores customer and acts as though he's doing a favour. This is something that's unacceptable from a reputable brand.

Good place for buying eyeglasses, they have nice collection of quality frames. Staff is very cooperative, professional and patient, let you take your time to decide. The staff has knowledge in their field and explains you well including eyetest. Overall nice experience.a must visit place.

I had gone in for re-alignment of the frame as it got twisted. It was attended to promptly and a perfect job was done. To my surprise they didn't charge me. I bought both frame and lens from Titan Eye. I am very happy with it.

They have a great selection of glasses to choose from.

First experience was very bad and I shouted on the staff because first product which I have received there was lens problem and it's fully yellowish afterward the branch Mr.karthik he helped and he replace the product.

Very impressed by their service. Particularly Kartik at the front desk. I had broken my glasses and needed an urgent replacement. They assured me this would be done within 24 hours and followed through. Excellent range and very affordable prices.
