The glasses that was fixed broke in to 2 pcs without dropping or placing it wrong.

It is so obvious that when I walk in again with broken glasses, which the 2 personal at store didn't realize that I have to buy new glasses. They didn't respond to me at all.they only said, sorry madam.we can't fix it.
So, first time, after decades. I placed my order with Lawrence and Mayo for 1.20L

They have huge collection and also they provide very good service, I got my spectacle serviced free of cost, thank you guys

Had gone for eye test and Spectacles. Had a good experience in the store. They have good range of products and buying experience was smooth. Only improvement needed is to reduce the delay in communication post buying on when the Spectacles is ready. Overall good store and associates.

Earlier the sales team was excellent. I visited this store today, the sales girl has zero knowledge and is least interested in selling as well…… she gives a blank look on whatever you ask.will look out for other eye plus stores near by whitefeild.

Wonderful experience with the Showroom. Salman was really helpful in showing us the different styles and he is calm and composed. Showed us as many as we asked him. He suggested the better ones too. Also at the billing Prashanth had the patience to bill. I had vouchers but I am not able to find all the details, I said I will do it next time but he insisted saying that we are here to help you sir, please take your time. This was my best experience in my life in terms of buying something. You guys have a trained the team very well.

Recently i visited the showroom and Mr. Mohin helped me in selecting sunglasses and I'm really happy with the product.

Very good store. Wide range of frame choices. Staff is courteous and helpful. I walked into the store just before closing time one day (when the shutter was half closed) but they still accepted my entry and helped me identify the right frames. Moheen and Ratna were accomodative of all my requests and did not try to impose any high priced options on me when I clarified that I was only ordering for a spare pair of glasses. They got straight to the point and recommended exactly what I needed in terms of lens quality, performed eye test and turned around with the finished product within 2 days - I got a call from the store as soon as it had reached them. Titan Eyeplus will be my go-to option going forward. I had a much much superior experience here at Titan Eyeplus compared to some Lenskart stores which is full of marketing gimmicks, overpriced frames&lenses and discourteous ignorant salespeople.

It's a great store if you want to buy good glasses. I bought many glasses from there. They provide great service also. One time my frame got twisted as I sat on them, they fixed that for me without any charge. They provided glass cleaning tissue also as I requested. Thanks!

Satisfied with the customer service especially from the optometrists. Ms. Neeraja checked my eyes in a proper way and Ms Jwala and Ratna gave me more suggestions about lenses and frames.

Best customer experience They never push or sell the specs. They just suggest the best. Apart from their own brands they have international brands also. Optometrist Ms Neeraja was brilliant and polite in behavior, and she really helpful

They helped me to get a new frame & then ensured that my existing powered lenses were fit correctly there.

We visited here for my wife's Eye testing and specs. The staff is very polite and they have good collection of frames. They have frames at reasonable prices and also luxury brands at high prices.

I am choosy when it comes to the frame of prescription glasses. I was surprised to find a couple of frames of my liking.

I purchased a frame for my mother, and purchased the best bi-focal lens they had to offer. The glasses were ready in 5 days, and they delivered on Diwali.

Pleased with the service and quality, we got the lens replaced for an old frame. That too was delivered quickly.

This refers to our visit to the shopee Titan Eyeplus on Whitefield main road Bangalore on 18th November 2021. The very purpose of visit was to fix issues of the specs of my Wife. It was pouring in Bangalore on the given day. Yet the Manager and technician executive went out of their way to make me comfortable and fixed the issue with a New frame and the same progressive lenses in about 70 minutes flat. On top of it I was served with steaming hot cuppa tea to beat the wet cool climate. Brilliant job.

The staff members of this outlet are exceptionally friendly and they guide you very well. Kudos, team. Here is to every one connected with this outlet. You have set a new standard of customer service. Keep up the amazing work. More power to you.

Titan Eye at Whitefield Main Road has been wonderful for adjustments/repairs of all our frames. Interestingly, they have done this work repeatedly for us even though these items haven't been purchased at Titan Eye.

They're professional and courteous. Our next eye test / prescription specs will definitely be from here.

My new glasses with frame came Today with in 2 days actually they told 4 days initially thanks and as I told optometrist Nikhita is very good in her skill and explained in detail the points, will refer to my friends very nice staff to get the information

Guys provided me a very good service for which other optical shops were suggesting that it cannot be done and you need to buy a new frame.

Today I have visited Titan eye plus outlet which is in Whitefield for my wife eye testing. Earlier we took the eye glass with power here only and for an eye testing we visited again after gap of few months and service and testing is impressive.the existing glass have some repair with nose pads and they have fixed with free of cost. Satisfied with Titan eye plus
