We bought opticals for my son. Not really good. I know lence preparation will take time. It will be good in case customer get some communication about status. Even after calling they say in 30mins they check status and update. No update even 2 days complete already. Need to educate staff.

Been to this place for a spectacle for my daughter. The customer welcoming is very poor. Two guys were there at shop and both of them were busy with phones. I have waited there for about 1 min hoping someone else will show up, but nothing happened. Very bad!

Terrible experience, the staff were so rude and arrogant. Pls make them understand customer service. It was shock to experience this from TITAN. Will never visit this place again.

I gave my Tommy Hilfiger wrist watch to these guys to replace the top glass with an original one as they service the Tommy Hilfiger watches. They replaced it with a duplicate glass. Be careful of this shop guys Bill number 1039

Hi this is one of the best titan store I have been the staffs are really professional especially sandeep who helped me finding perfect frame and lens he is selecting this as per our requirement, If u want to find perfect spectacles visit the store in Phoenix mall they are very helpful.

Pathetic after sales service.my frame had a defect which when i informed them about within 2 week they straightaway tried to sell me another frame and lens even after repeated requests to replace my frame under warranty.all my request were heard by deaf ears are they kept on trying to sell me another frame.i finally got it changed from marathalli branch within 10 minutes, staff here was very courteous.one of the joints came of after 8 months and i went to the phoenix branch again the same story of them trying to sell me another frame.after yelling at them this time in the end they finally said frame had only 6 month warranty and not 1 year as they told me at the time of sale. Never ever ever going to but anything from titan. Lenskart is just beside this shop
