Excellent service by Titan eye, they serviced a spec got from other store free of cost and made my day. It was my son's exam and the specs was of utmost importance to him. Kuddos to the well experienced staffs of Titan eye+.

Very helpful and cordial staff. Specially Chandrakant is a very sensible guy. He is always smiling and ready to listen to any of your tantrums. My entire family took specs from this very location. I am totally satisfied with the service with this outlet.

I had an issue with a pair of glasses I bought elsewhere and they repaired it for me at no charge! Extremely helpful and attentive staff and great selection of eyewear!

They're so amazing ️. I had lost the screw for my sunglasses, they repaired it, & that too free of cost. I was surprised.they didn't charge anything. Their nature is also nice. Best service. They even gave me a box for my sunglasses for free. Such humble & nice people.
Definitely way better than lenskart just beside them.
They even greet you so nicely when you enter.

Post delivery services are unprofessional
in this branch.multiple times went for cleaning the lens and frame they do only 40% and say like we can do only this much.but other branches in hsr, kormangala are pretty good in this

Mr. Chandrakanth, the store manager - was extremely helpful. Kudos to him! I had broken a frame of mine that I had bought from Lenskart. Even the folks at Lenskart offered little help to me. It was urgent for me, as I had to leave the city the next day. All Lenskart told me was I’ll have to buy a new frame with new lenses and that too will take about 5 days time. This person here Mr. Chandrakanth from Titan Eye Plus - put in the effort to fix my frame. He understood my situation and went that extra mile to be of help to me. He really made my day. Would recommend everybody to visit the outlet for any issues related to eyewear / eye care.

Hassel free experience. Got my eye test done and my glasses were ready in no time. They have helped me to choose my frames well considering this was my first time.

They need to improve in terms of making delivery of glasses as committed. I am still waiting for my glasses to arrive and it is the 8th day. The worst part is that, they don't attend your calls. Very bad experience.

Oct 7th: At last I got a call from the shop. As per them the spectacles that I asked for has failed in their QA it seems. I requested them to process my refund but they are hesitating to do so. This is basically for my mother who had undergone cateract surgery and she is going through a tough time due to my wrong decision of going with these guys. Now they are asking for three more days. Think twice before going to them.

Oct 8th: My wait is still on as i received another call from store. The new date for the delivery is Oct 10th.

The store did a quick repair without any charges despite the frame not bought from titan. Thx for the support.
