This store is by the roadside near CMRIT bus stop. It is well-lit and clean showcasing a huge variety of watches on the display stands. The staff is polite. They fixed my watch quickly.

Excellent craftsmanship experienced here. Had to get my watch wadjusted for length. The attitude and skill were great.

Quick Service. Went there once for my cell replacement and another time for my belt replacement

The service was good. Here cells costed me 200rs which was also quoted to me at Shantiniketan mall. The warranty provided there was of 1 year while here it's of only 6 months. The location on the maps is a bit wrong. The store is located on the main road while it is marked a little away from it and will ask you to take a turn inside.

Price is Very costly and low quality products they have.

Earlier they used to charge decent prices, now they charge a bomb to replace a battery. They charged me 300 for a battery which the Titan Store in Phoenix Mall charged me 150 only. Better to avoid, especially for changing the battery. Also they do not provide any discount on the watches which even the smallest of the shops give. The other assistant person has scratched my watch's back plate as he was trying to open it with complete force. Then the main person took it over and did it on his own (he is efficient). Definitely not visiting again.

Had a really bad experience of doing service of watch. They just grab money in the name of service. Change battery along with service. Watch stopped after a few months and they had to do re service and battery change. Behaviour of shop owner is unprofessional. Avoid giving valuable watches to this place for repair.

One watch repaired twice in last 1 year, today after 3rd repair went back to him within 3 hrs to get it fix and the guy said he wud take the watch and give the watch back after a week. I said I don't want to give it as you don't even know the problem so please return my money, which he straight away refused. Service might be occasionally good but with this attitude I won't ever go back to him even if he offers me money for every repair.

Got the cell for my skagen replaced here with a new Titan Cell, spent ₹200 with 6 months cell warranty. Accessibility to the shop is not wheel chair friendly. No parking space as it's on main road. This place offers sales and service of wrist watches.

Small shop that sells Titan and fast-track watches. They also do servicing of other brand watches, repairs and battery change. It's handled by a single guy who is very efficient.

Better go for other shops. You will not get any discount. In other outlets you will get a decent discount.

Small shop and only the owner, young lad, handling everything on his own. But he was quick and wait time was not much. Overall good experience. I had gone to change my son's watch battery.

It’s a small shop, not really a showroom. Could not find what I was looking for. There was no phone number that I could call and ask. Signage was hard to spot when I was driving past

Very bad experience. They don't know how to fix watches to be honest. I gave my watch to get a battery replaced and he broke the belt as a complementary gift. For screw-less plates behind the watch, they don't even have the tools to open it, instead they put a deep scratch on it.

Very very bad service, never recommend this shop. I have given my fossil watch to repair glass they have taken 10 days after that glass is repaired but one needle is bend and watch is not working and ask to repair they asked for more 15 days.very bad service dont know how titan given them agency.
