One of the waste Doctor. He don't no how to treat Skin allergy patient. 2 to 3 times visited, my skin problem not solved.simply he took photo's, Waste of money, Better to visit other skin clinic experienced doctors.

I strongly don’t recommend this clinic because once you visit they will make your issue get more & use high steroid content medicine & u wil start to notice new side effects from this, later u will get only temporary solution so tat again & again you need to visit this clinic & need to pay more money each time you visit so there are lot of good doctors out there who can take less money & give simple & quick solutions so don’t waste your time & money here…

Hi I was been for pigmentation treatment, Dr is very friendly and listens carefully to our concern patiently, and got excellent treatment and visible results in short time.

The doctor hears problem patently and explains the reasons and remedies for treatment. My skin problem identified and medicines issued are working fine.

It was a great experience. My kid was wounded with some bacterial infection on stomach. Dr Sushanth Swamy was kind enough and addressed the issue immediately and gave a resolution at one visit. I had some issue with scalp and had to see a dermatologist. I did not want to travel long in Covid, instead preferred some dr closeby. I searched, found Sushant & consulted. But have had to make repeated visits for same issue. He wears specs and faceshield on top and no proper lighting in his room so he can't observe skin and he takes fotos, zooms to see in Ipad. He is inexperienced and tells he has to check the books and could not arrive at root cause. He does not have firm opinion and keeps changing depending on what you say. Every time he changed medicines. And we have to buy meds from him. He could not diagnose my problem / prescribe right medication. He did trial and error for my simple problem. Wasted money and I have to see a specialist again. The office staff don't give receipt únless we ask. He claims cosmetic treatments and I don't know about the same.

Owners reply mis represented facts & I outrightly reject, disagree any diagnoses stated referring my case along with treatment.
I had gone for high oily scalp & few boils on the scalp. Presently both issues persist & aggravated after medication. It's incorrectly stated that I went for dandruff. Further it's stated on 2nd visit the dandruff hadn’t resolved, which is completely false. I never visited for dandruff, why would there be recurrent issue?
I complained of low light as dr.wasn't able to see the lesions unless I point one. 2nd time with shorter haircut, the boils which worsened weren't still sighted by dr. Hence fotos were sent by whatsapp. I was out during lockdown & couldn't go on time but sent the condition by whatsapp which wasn't replied. Anyone would avoid prolong antibiotics but if the treatment warranted, u should have told me in 2nd visit to resume oral antibiotics. It was later revealed over telecon that patients take antibiotics for months. This could have been told in clinic & I would have reverted to antibiotics.
You have said you changed medication to suit me, but on both visits you have mentioned some medicines to be used for ‘life’ which is in contrast to your reply. If you thought B12 would be one of the reasons to cause acne (2 yr old discovery in science! As per u) then you should have enquired about my record & noted any interactions in my 1st sitting. It's also safe to assume any random guy now takes Vit. B! You did not probe other health issues & it was me who mentioned voluntarily. When crs.of people have been taking vit. B now, why aren't they not having vit. B ill effects.
I mentioned about cosmetic treatment because clinic shows cosmetic treatment & scalp issues being treated cosmetically. I wanted a medical treatment for my problem finding underlying cause and not a cosmetic treatment. Cosmetic treatment is provided in every nook n corner. You have questioned my intentions on this point. What intentions I will have? After having wasted time, effort & money and my condition has aggravated and till date I have no solution. If you are through with the book-read, can you please provide me the resolution for my suffering which is almost 2 months and no respite?
Regarding receipts, I have not received any links from you to download. This should have been told to me when I was made to come back for receipts and made to stand outside for receipts. Over telecon you had agreed there is a issue with your staff being reluctant to print.
A experienced professional would provide help me fix my problem than get into lengthy replies.

What feedback I leave with respect to others is irrelevant here & your remark about my feedback ‘generally’ on other places is made with ‘questionable’ intentions. I never said I know or acquainted other dermatologists well! This is a complete misstatement of fact by u. I said in my family we have seen those docs when necessary & since covid19 was around preferred a neighborhood dermatologist!

I was diagnosed with "angular cheilitis" which had caused a lot of pain in my lip movement for almost 2-3 weeks, didn't know what this is but the doctor explained and educated as to why it occurs and treated this wound. Post medication followup was done by the doctor after the treatment course was completed. Infact I saw the cure within 4-5 days of the treatment
