As promised they are not sharing the rental income on or before 15 of every month
Delaying it every month.
No proper support is available and they are not communicating upfront for the delays.
I personally recommand not to invest and take unnessary tension.
After investing a huge amount still you will not have any control on your property.

Constantly disturbing all neighborhoods from last 4 yrs and will continue for 5 yrs more, investors please think 100 times before investing your money here, they are known for all not so good things, just look at their all ongoing projects.

Lots of noise creation even post 10pm, even post complaints to their management they don't listen.

Excellent project, it's a mixed development of both residential and commercial.

What about the progress on Workcation PORR Whitefield. This project is supposed to be complete by 31st March 2023 and I have stopped receiving any update on it. Is this still on track? While I am no expert but looking at the condition now it doesn't look like the project will be done by early next year. If that's the case will TE still pay the rent promised for 3 years?

Avoid the project at all costs. Charging more than Prestige and no facilities. The previous projects are yet to be completed even after 7 years of occupation. The location is going to be a very busy cluster with no peace of mind.
