Very bad experience with total kannada.please do update your system that whichever the book's are in stock or not and please prefer cash on delivery option also you people take the online payment first for not in stock books later you people say that book is not in stock.we'll replace other book or refund the amount, but till date I didn't get any response. Please don't repeat such things and don't cheat the customer's

Very happy shop. I saw about the e-shop on one of the social networking sites. I have also visited it. It is a paradise for Kannada lovers, Kannada book lovers. A place where many books are available. Visit once. I bought a book and a kannadiga, a batch of glasses. The special thing is that hand clock i.e. Watch written in Kannada is also available. Book of all poets. A T-shirt written in Kannada is also available. It was like seeing a great storehouse in a small space. Visit once and buy a Kannada book and gain knowledge of literature.

This review is for online shopping done on their own website. I ordered around 7 books in their website and made payments. After a week I received a call from them saying 4 of them are not available. I informed them to send the available books from my order. When enquired about amount paid for other books, they said we'll send you books worth that amount. I was firm that they refund the money of those unavailable books. This shop is in Bangalore, I stay in Bangalore. However these books were received at my end after 10 days. In world where intercity courier takes maximum 2 days this delay was ubsurd. After receiving the books I had to write mail after mail asking them to refund the amount of books that were not available. Finally I received the amount after 1 and half months of placing the initial book order!

My suggestion to the owner is invest in software which gives you the available stock of books and link this to your website so that other customers do face this problem like me. Also you need to work on the logistics for books ordered at your website. 10 days for 3 books to arrive by courier for a distance of 12 KMS in Bengaluru is unheard of.

You are doing a great work by promoting Kannada. Keep it up.

Placed an order almost a week back and till now no update and their website also not working properly to check my order details. They don't even respond to email.

You have good choices of books over, but they need to maintain the book store neatly and books need to be arranged in the racks properly

I ordered a book on flipkart sold by total kannada. I got a totally different book and placed a return request.
Return request was rejected by seller.

Is this how things work? Help these insane people.

I have checked with flipkart customer care and was told it is seller rejected and escalated.

So when you say flipkart auto authorize and I have placed a return request within half an hour of delivery am not sure why it is not auto authorized.flipkart customer official clearly mentioned they can't initiate a refund and it is with seller.

Good bookstore for Kannada books. Well stocked, centrally located- very close to Fourth block bus station and BDA complex. However not the most spacious one (compared to other popular chains). DVDs available, they have their website and sell online too.

Never Ever Order Movie CD Online. Guaranteed to recieve Old Stock Different Movie CD if the asked CD is out of stock. Same scenario happens when ordered through flipkart, amazon where total kannada is the seller

You will get most of the kannada books here. If there is no stock, they will try to get it at least.

Fantastic place. Staff happy to help what you are looking for. Called up asking for a DVD set. But when I visited to collect the DVD set, found a lot of other CDs and books I had not found elsewhere. Good collection of Kannada books and CDs of most genres. Will definitely come back!
