They don't have fans in room. Only option is AC but their AC are not perfectly working and it becomes a torture to stay in such hot situation. Washroom badly need maintenance, everything broken and dirty. Receptionist will offer you the worst room and ask for more money everytime from what you paid on app. If you don't argue they'll give a tiny room which will suffocate you. For every problem they have a same response "all rooms are filled and this is the only one left".

Main draw back of this place is not even single cab (ola / uber) is not ready to drop to this location from MTP and some auto people reject as they don't know this location

Very very bad experience. We booked a room through Oyo website after entering in the hotel, the manager told us there is no room available. We were about to go. Then he called us and offered us a room in exchange of 2000rs.
We already paid 2500rs via Oyo. We are new in the city so we paid 2000rs extra. Just for 2 days stay we spent 4500rs. PATHETIC!

And the location is so bad that swiggy and Zomato will also refuse to come, you have to walk 2km just to get an auto or a bus.
They will not even come to clean the dustbin, after calling them thousand times, we got clean towels and soap. AC was not working properly.
Had worst experience of my life!

Cons are no hot water, AC is not working well. Will not get TV channel as well not smart TV.

Terrible experience. To summarise, I had planned to stay for 3 days but checked out way before because of the rooms.

Rooms: the rooms were very badly maintained and completely opposite of what is shown in the apps.
We had to change two rooms because of this.
The toilet had not been cleaned at all, the faucet was faulty, the shower head was broken, the ac remote wasn't working (adding to that, the windows didn't open and there's no fan available so we had no choice but to sleep in the extreme cold temperature the ac was set at, or the extreme heat of the room).
Sheets were dirty, the room wasn't cleaned at all.

We had unfortunately made the payment beforehand and were unable to move to a different place due to the time constraint. But this wasn't worth it.

Service: the service staff couldn't care less about the quality of the room or the satisfaction of the guests.

This place is very close to manyata hence a lot of people would prefer it, but I'd stay please look out for the umpteen better options available nearby as this is not worth your money.

Stay was excellent! The only problem was that when I asked for a towel I did not receive one! And this I asked them almost 3-4 times. They just kept saying you’ll get it in half an hour.but I never received it.

One of the worst experience ever no towel not propper maintenance Oyo sucks for 2 hour early check-in they charge exact amount 500 bugs for 2 hour early check in which Oyo guys charged the amount and room full of bed bugs

Worst hotel, the staff was very impolite. No food facilities and not even drinking water. Never book this place

This hotel is worst even things get stolen, washroom is smelly, unhegenic and they dont clean rooms bedsheets are dirty, hotel manager mr. Mohan is so rude they dont know how to talk with customer, please dont come here.

Worst hotel not worthy to stay and they say one amount in Oyo and after checking the receiption boy demands more. Even the staffs are not good no proper maintenance no proper washroom needs. Worst hotel in banglore.i will suggest everyone that pls don't get bluff with this hotel they are only looting visitors.

Rooms were good but inside repairs must be done.i felt the response from the management was pretty poor like twice or thrice had to inform for something.should improve to the guest, then it would be really great, so for hospitality 6/10.you'll have a great privacy and Else everything was great.

The rooms are good hygienic and well sanitized. The reception guy is too goo he is really sweet he tried to help everyone. A boy there tell your boss to get u hike.say Ashley told him

This is no where close to any standards of a hotel. I was forced to stay as i didn't want to travel further. Bedsheets are stained with blood spots from either bed bugs or earlier guest's body. Every room stinks of cigarette and air conditioning system is free of oxygen and the moment u switch it on, u will choke on dust and cigarette stench and they will never bother to offer a change of room or clean the ac if u request. Walk ways are poorly lit. Food is tasteless and takes them almost 1 hr to deliver a tea which is charged at Rs. 50 EA. Bathrooms are extremely bad with most of showers with a hole in the front shooting the water from the hole rather than the shower holes. WCs and sinks are yellowish and the housekeeping would never agree for a cleaning. All they care is about payment, which they would insist in cash. Receptionist's sworn duty is playing online games and if any spare time, attend ur needs. No shower gels, shampoo, or even a bar of soap is given. Use their towels at ur own risk. Due to some unavoidable situation, i was obliged to stay in this place for 3 nights and tried 5 rooms. It's the worst hotel room ever stayed in.

Staffs are not professional, also they don't know how to behave with guest. Especially, the reception staff. Itz really a worst experience for me and i will not recommend this stay.

I guess, they didn't even clean the room from previous guest stay. Bed sheets was so dirty, there was blood stain also.we used our own sheets.

It was a neutral experience. The room I was allotted in was having a faulty tap and jetspray. Did not provide sanitary kit (soaps nd stuffs). But the accomodation was nice and well maintained.

Worst stay the restroom was not clean & there where no fan at all Evn service was v bad & even TV was not Working & even AC was not working properly please take care of all this things

This hotel is located in Rachenahalli, Manyatha tech park Back gate number 5.exactly in opposite Quikr India Pvt limited.parking lot is not too big but can accommodate a car and 15-20bikes.the hotel is very hygiene n clean.during check-in they will even provide a 1 liter water bottle.the rooms are very spacious and sanitised. Rooms contain a big wardrobe, 2chairs n table, air conditioner, fresh towels, big mirror on the wall, hot water supply in the washroom, veryyy clean n fresh bathroom loaded with body wash, moisturizer, hand wash liquid.they do have a in-house restaurant, which I found pretty costly compared to other hotels, food will be delivered to room itself if ordered from them or else u can also enjoy a dine in in the restaurant. Ambience is really cool.only negative point is that outside food is not allowed to take inside the hotel rooms. Most of the times we had food from outside.overall a very nice n calm place

Decent stay near Manyata tech park, This place contains an in-house restaurant which serves good food.

Staffs said to cancel the booking from oyo and check-in directly at their own price, they are not at all co-operative. AC works like a cooler. Switched room 2 times but the problem with AC was same. Not recommended at all.
