Worst hotel I have ever been to. Stains on the mirrors and walls and bed, bed spring has come out and it is impossible to sleep. Very bad atmosphere, bathroom is not maintained, we have to pay for all the amenities like water, soap or whatever. Cheap and worst hotel. And OYO is a big scam. Period.
Only location wise its prime. Rude staffs. Non working ACs. Don't even think about hygiene starting from bedding towels to the plates they give. Spend another 500 and get a good room.
This hotel rooms are very badly maintained. Spring mattresses are so hard and few springs are coming out. Bed sheets are so dirty and marks everywhere. Hairs all around on the bed in given room. Not at all cleaned. Towell given had weird stains on it. Very untidy. Bathrooms are dirty. So many mosquitoes and could not sleep during night time. Beware all these before booking. Only good thing it is situated in good locality. Very bad maintenance
Service landline not working and I called directly to his mobile no he said this is his personal no.he not going to assist n i told your landline no working how i contact u.i need towell and drinking water he said.you have to come down n collect required items.because no service staff is available.
I booked the property a day before and tried calling the hotel to confirm 2 hours early check-in as I'll reach early. They didn't respond and even in the morning, they didn't respond till 10 am. I reached the hotel and this receptionist, who looked like a loan recovery agent, initially told no rooms were available. When I demanded by showing the booking ID, he is like - you have to wait for 2 hours as the check in time is 12. I thought - ok! May be no rooms are available. But if they had responded to my phone, i could have informed. But i was still ready to give them a chance. Then the guy started demanding money for early check-in. How much? Double the amount what I had paid for the whole day. That's the ugly truth of Oyo hotels. They give you cheap bookings and then you pay again at the hotel for the same bad service. Infact, it's people like that who is actually paying their employee salaries. Few more observations - 1. The reception itself was so unwelcoming and ugly that i cancelled my booking and thankfully, got my full refund. 2. The receptionist at this Oyo didn't even allow me to use a restroom at the reception. When I said it's urgent, he started doubting me and gestured the universal symbol for "peeing only" with his little finger and made disgusting faces. Later, made jokes about me with his other "loan recovery agent" friends in Bengali. They all have stained paan masala teeth and one guy had paan masala while talking and the whole place was reeking of that smell. 3. Also, luckily - i found a hotel nearby which is expensive, but still wayyyyyy nicer and welcoming. So I'd rather be there. I am now typing this review from the other hotel - Luxstay Suites. So if you are nearby, you can book this hotel instead. It's worth every single penny of yours.
After reading all this and all the other reviews of this place, if you still decide to go here, then you are either an adventure traveler or just plain broke, in which case I suggest you to find a nice PG nearby and pay them by the day. You'll get a better experience.
Very bad experience in my life, Manager was talk rudely and they have lost of attitude.never came again. Very bad experience. I'm never suggest any one go this.
Bad experience. Dirty room and washroom. Didn't provide soap until we ask after 5 hours of stay. The landline reception phone was not working. The towels provided were stained. Ac was leaking. Not suitable for family and ladies. Not cash worthy. I won't recommend this stay to anyone.
Booked online with all the confirmation and payment but the manager is so unprofessional that he asked all the details and once he got to know booked from other app he said all full he lied after taking advance payment
Had the worst experience in my entire life. My booking was confirmed on the app, and the payment was also done successfully. When I arrived at the property for checkin, the receptionist Imran informed that there’s no room available and if I would like to stay, I’ll have to pay 1500 rs extra which was very very disappointing. Manager was very rude, and abusive.
We booked our room through online buy paying full amount but extra cash was given at the reception for getting our room & got a bad service from there. Really disapointed & unsatisfied.
Why does oyo even have such hotels pathetic rude behaviour of staff with customers they ask u extra money for room if you book it from oyo app and if you dont pay they cancel ur booking they are asking money at a level of 4 star hotel and it is in minus category services location is also not kormangla it is on hosur madiwala where u can get a lots of cheap and better hotels
Never visit the place. The manager asked me extra 3000 even after paying and confirming my booking from Oyo. Staffs are not friendly at all. Didn't even received a refund. Lost my time and money. Won't recommend anyone.
Worst service and worst behaviour by manager.they will ask extra money after going to hotel even if we paid through online. They will charge money for water too.please prefer some PG instead going to this hotel
The hotel denied check-in and they said there are no rooms available and i booked it through app for 918/- Something and once I reach the hotel they said if I pay 1300/- they gonna give rooms or else no. So I need to find another hotel and went away from there with video proofs.
The management was very bad and rude. Had the worst stay experience. Also they charged vaguely at checkout stating room cleaning and all but we didn't pay. Don't ever choose it.
Worstet the staff doesn't know how to behave with guest and such shame less person he is I have never seen such kind of staff and asking for more money tgen it's showing so I asked he behaved so mannerd less fellow he is
If you need only room then it's fine otherwise please don't stay here. Don't expect room service. No tv recharge, if you ask them they will say owner will do it tomorrow. You won't even get water, they will say they will send room service boy he will bring stuffs but they will not come untill you call on the reception 4-5 times. Horrible experience.
No Room service properly, no hot water, one has to search the the hotel as there is no any board outside premises, also the board is name of another hotel.
