I had purchased 2 year HP extended warranty for my laptop from TPSTECH on 17 August, 2023, they had promised it will be done in a weeks time, complaint number 132101 is also raised, its nearing 2 month now still its not done, very pooooor customer care.

Fraudulent company. I was charged for the warranty extension for my HP laptop and ever since there are only dodgy emails to extension of warranty. It’s been over a month and no service. Avoid at all costs!

I bought a battery for my Dell laptop from TPS. It was an extremely good experience. My battery type was validated and I received a sealed, original Dell replacement in a day. Kudos to Kathir, the Customer Service Manager and team for being proactive. I’ll surely give back to TPS for other requirements.

Pathetic seller or should I say 'scammers', they have given a wrong listing in Flipkart and now they are not accepting return of it. Never buy from them, most dishonest seller who deals in IT products. I have all the proofs and screenshots to prove it. Now to wash off their hands, they have changed the listing as well. They are doing this to a repeated customer, as this is not the 1st time I am buying from them.

I have been trying to reach support for a refund/replacement and I am not getting any response. I should have ordered on amazon or flipkart which have better replacement and customer support. I just lost money by purchasing from this store as they do not care about the customer after they sell thier products

Absolutely pathetic customer service they don't care at all. Waiting time in customer care is 5 min and even if someone picks he/she just gives false promises, 3 days have passed no order confirmation mail has come to me, even after multiple calls to customer care and couple of mails no one seem to take any responsibility to sort out my issue. Don't ever order from this website, they are bunch of lazy people who couldn't care less about their customers.

I am having a horrible experience with purchasing a simple Dell battery. I had purchased a similar Dell battery earlier and that was OK, but this time their people are deliberately cheating me! I have absolutely no idea how my Dell battery order was changed to an HP battery. Even if I consider this to be an oversight, I have requested for a replacement with the correct battery which they are refusing to do. I asked them for his supervisors contacts and they refuse to give it to me. I have purchased from TPS previously the same battery and there were no issues.

Update:
Afterwards they did replace the battery to the correct one but not without heartaches. Their manager was helpful in diffusing the issue in a short period of time.

Consumers expect honesty. They are not doing us a favour! We are paying for what we want and require, not the other way around!

I ordered a product on 10th August 2022 and today is 18th. You have been on holidays for most of the time! Like seriously!? Its not even dispatched.
People here who are reading reviews, please go use some other service. Their offices were closed last weekend 3 days and even today the 18th Aug Thursday! Meaning they will be closed till Sunday!
You want authenticity? Call their number today and it will say we are closed lol.

Worst experience I have ever had!

Purchased extended warranty for my laptop. Customer service was extremely prompt. They understood the requirement immediately and within a few minutes, sent the payment link. On payment, received immediate response on mail with a ticket number and TAT. The warranty was activated within the TAT and also received a call from Mr. Abhijeet Singh confirming this. Very happy with the experience.

They are the biggest fraud.they sell faulty product.and when you complain about the same, they will decline from issuing refund. //avoid at all cost

Purchased hp warranty pack from them. Their service is very prompt, associate who called me to guide through the process was very helpfull. My certificate was available within minutes

TPS guys are very professional, Tech support and sales team is very friendly. I'm totally satisfied with my build and pricing is just cherry on top. Go for it

They deliberately send faulty products and the consumer asks them for refund, they just decline it. They are a fraud company. I have also lodged a complain against them in consumer forum.

Phenomenal service from everyone at TPS. I recently had a custom build specced and built here. Very happy with the results, would recommend to anyone for PC builds of any budget!

Whenever we order from new site we have a little doubt about it but here my experience with TPS was literally amazing, I order 2tb ssd and TPS have dispatched on same day with priority service. I received the product within a day (1000kms). That's much better than Amazon I feel. Thanks TPS.

I have an order for ryzen 7 3700x.website says repacked means only box damage not the product.but to my surprise they send used processor (pins are not perfect) with visible scratch (means someone wiped with screwdriver or other). Even i got a motherboard piece from gigabyte board in processor parcel (so clear its pulled from gigabyte motherboard damaging board/scrapped)

am not sure how they offering amd warranty.even though i am returning parcel this will help other user before looking for repacked product

after review i was contacted by their escalation team and finally replaced with correct product (shared the image of product with serial no before sending-if someone looking product get the image and verify mfg date atleast)
tps team explained due to pandemic situation the order seems misplaced early and missed communication with me.hope they improve the sales& support dept, tps done right even had delay on solution.thanks to the escalation team for handling the case

I have ordered a Lapcare Lapcam 480P HD Web Camera on 09 August
Order # TPS-SP-2014139 and the same has been delivered on 12 august. But and very much disappointed to see that the product is not working as they have sent a Faulty Dead product.
Called the customer service and asked them to return and pick it up but it has been more than 48 hours since I raised the complaint nothing has been initiated for return pick up.
The customer service are not responding to any of my calls nor refunded my money back

Very good support regarding activation of HP carepack for my victus laptop. Process was hassle free. Will recommend purchasing carepack from TPS because it's cheaper and genuine HP Carepack. Thank you.

I ordered a 8 gb ram and recieved a fake 8 gb packaging with a 4 gb ram inside it. I have returned it but three weeks are over and still i have not got 8 gb ram.
Edit: Now you guys are definitely a scam company because 1. I talked with your technician and he told me that we do not check the products as they might get damaged. 2. He further told me that you guys sent me a 4 gb ram by mistake and will replace the ram correctly next time. 3. You didn't want me waiting? This is for sure a joke because i received the product almost after a month. 4. I have recording of that audio, your emails and photos of the wrong product.

I would like to mention that the WhatsApp sales person was prompt and very helpful in getting me the right product identified.
I would hope to receive the product too soon and would update this accordingly on the product and delivery

I purchased a Dell spare part. Dell India refused to process my request even though Dell USA had stock of the product. TPS took up my request and supplied me the product. Their packaging was excellent. Good sales partner for hardware spares.

My HP Laptop's warranty was about to expire and I was looking for warranty extension. I came across TPS Technology website during my search. I was curious to know if available HP care pack is applicable for my laptop or not because my default 1 year base warranty was about to expire in a month. So I contacted TPS Tech customer care. Sowmya, from TPS Tech, helped me in getting suitable HP Care pack applicable for my laptop and processed my request on a priority basis because warranty was about to expire. Over all experience was great, the process is smooth.if you are looking for warranty extension and your PC is still under default warranty period, then go for it.

I contacted tps for my lenovo laptop warranty extension, the process was really smooth. All I had to do was make a payment and within 2 days I got my extended warranty displayed on lenovo portal. Special thanks to Kavitha for this awesome experience.

If you find the product what you are looking for, definitely you can place an order or if having doubt on the product check its compatibility with there support team.i had placed an order for dell laptop adapter after receiving the order realized it needs higher Watt adapter, had to check with there support team for higher wattage compatibility and was able to exchange the product by paying the difference amount.i feel i would not have got this service from other e-commerce, only option was replacement

I have ordered dell mouse, dell laptop charger and dell laptop battery, all of them are not working well with in 6 months. Getting doubt whether i got original products or not. Very Very bad experience with TPS. Hope this review may help others.

I have never seen such a brriliant customer support from an online delivery firm.
I ordered a product and as per their policy they donot ship on Public Holiday.
But since my request was emergency, they made sure someone goes to the office on holiday and made sure i get my product.

Great experience buying from you. What I liked most is how professionally and politely you responded to my request when I asked you to send me an invoice with a dealer stamp and a signature (Refer to the ASUS ROG motherboard purchase via Amazon a couple of weeks ago).
