Trackon Courier Whitefield Hub

If there had been an option to give 0 stars, i would have given that.

My PA sent a document through this services without going through reviews and it was no surprise as many others have reported that they don't deliver at all and will ask to come to hub and sometimes even misplace the parcel.
Unfortunately, we faced all of these issues.

If you want to get rid of something maybe then only opt for trackon.

One of the worst service, the delivery guy was not able to deliver the order because of this own work, and put comment as address not found in tracking history so that he won’t be questioned. I had to travel to their hub and get my parcel. It’s one of the worst courier service, please be cautious before using it.

Worst of all.no responsibility at all.no one will pick the call and make mind of making money by no attempt to supply so that they can charge double for a single supply.worst of worst experience

I was suppose to get a certificate through trackon, but the details showing delivered and I have not received any packets. Iam following up with customer care and they are not responding properly.

I have been calling the agency to understand the status of my delivery. Nobody has any answers, I got a message saying the parcel has been delivered but I have not received it. Pathetic service.

Absolutely disgusted with the kind of service they provided. It was a big mistake to trust them. The parcel is in the delivery hub from past 3 days but no one bothers to deliver. The delivery executives are on leave all the time. Shut the company if you can't give service as per your commitment. Utter nonsence. Had to collect the parcel by my own. Stupid people stupid service.

Most stupid and worst service.

Courier item amerked as delivered but when I check with delivery guy he has by mistakenly put as delivered.

Worst service. No response on call. There is a lady sitting on the desk she does not answer the call. No proper response even when I visited personally

Worst service provided i had to receive the consignment which was booked 12th jan 2023 it was booked by Air from ambala to bangalore and till 18th jan it wasn't delivered i had to go myself to pickup my consignment really bad and worst service provided by this franchise and not just the franchise even trackon company is worst i have made a complaint through customer service on 16th no response from them too if your company can't give a good service pls shut it down.

Very bad experience with this courier service.the parcel is kept on hold for past 3 days.it was food material which would be getting rotten in few days.raised a complaint.no response.so called customer care.they said food item is not allowed.which they didnt mention initially.we hv mentioned it clearly that it was food item and they confirmed it would reach in 4 days.

Worst service, without delivering the product they said its delivered and when i reached their courier house i got my parcel.

Parcel in Whitefield hub since multiple days.no one responding on the call.customer service said they will raise the complaint against Whitefield hub, but in other reviews also i see that they are never picking up calls.so i guess company is not going to take any steps to improve service.also asking to go and collect from hub.pathetic service.

Most unprofessional courier, taking 6 days to delivery from Bengaluru office, when I call they said they didn't get their salary, that's why they are delaying delivery's, why should we suffer if they didn't get salary

Utterly the worst courier company in India, parcel stuck in Whitefield hub for more than 2 weeks.
Better you burn your own parcel and money, at least your time will be saved.

Same review as others.they just don't deliver the items.u can get them shipped though but if something is coming for u and stuck at this branch.either keep waiting for ever just go and grab it urself

One of the worst services ever faced, they said they would deliver product in 2-3 days and took 15days.
Employees who work there are rude, they don't even pick up call and just ignore your calls all day.

Pathetic courier service. Big scam by income tax department to harass citizens by sending PAN cards through this horrible courier company.

Pathetic Service. My parcel was in my area but they kept updating false attempts in the tracking URL while making no attempts of delivering the parcel. Never going to choose this courier service.

Geo location is not appropriate, difficulty in locating the address. Also, no one receive calls on given number.

However, employees are polite and helpful in my first interaction.

Its been 2 days, my parcel has been there in their warehouse. Not delivered, they wont attend your call. Had to go there and collect.

Worst delivery service! My new TV came via AIR, and delivered after 3 days in Whitefield hub and the screen is shattered to pieces.it's my NEW TV.irresponsible and careless Delivery partner. I visited the place today. Although as per street view it appears to be a closed door, but its not. You can walk into it. I got my parcel collected in matter of mins.

No one answers the calls, either the number is busy or you will hear ring back tone. Made several attempts to reach them, but the situations same, no one answers.

My package is there in the whitefield hub since 22nd April. Its been 10 days now.none of the contact numbers are reachable. Kindly deliver the courier asap.

Trackon courier is not good at all. Whitefield branch is having very pathetic service, customer care /toll free number nothing works. They are not deliver any kind of parcel.
Please do not book any parcel.

They should be a courier safekeeping company rather than delivery. They're going to keep your stuff for months and you can be rest assured it'll not move.

Worst service ever. My mom booked this courier on 22nd of March nd today is 31st bt I didn't get my currier.nd from last 3 days there is written out for delivery in track nd there is only 6.1 Km away frm my house bt I'm not getting my courier.wht rubbish this service is.so disgusting.

Phethic service my courier is out of delivery from last 5 days and still didn't received it.so finally they canceled the parcel mentioning contact no not given and address not found.what a joke it is really.first of all their own contact details are wrong and no one call us although contact no is given there.please prevent this courier in future and better to go for some other courier instead of Trackon.

Pathetic courier please dont be fool and I don't understand why important Indian documents had been sent by it how come indian officials believe on this courier which is holding my pan card since 10 days, its showing out for delivery

If ur using this service it's of our time to follow up. We need to go to the place and collect.

My courier reached whitefield hub and was lying there for 3 days. Whenever I called their number, no one attended the call. I raised a complained but obviously they dont care.

Finally went personally, as this parcel was having some important items. If you want to waste your money, time and parcel use this service.

All reviews are right, these guys doesnt do the delivery.my parcel is waiting and waiting.all numbers are either invalid or they dont pick the calls, one of the worst courier service. Go if you are free to take overhead and ok to loose your parcels.

Received a totally damaged courier. Air tight cartoon is totally broken and content inside is damaged to the extent that we had to throw it away. It's like the courier was thrown around multiple times.

Wanted to give minus rating. Very worst courier service. Don't go for it. Item was with them for more than one week without attempting the delivery. Never saw this much worst courier in India. All negative comments are 100% true. Irresponsible fellows.

It took 6 days for a courier to get delivered.

My courier reached this hub and was lying there for 3 days. Whenever I called their number, no one attended the call.

Finally decided to go there personally, and was shocked seeing all the delivery couriers lying there for more than 15 days.

The shop executive told that it was only 3 days since he received it in this hub and he told, it will take few more days for my courier to get delivered.

I had to fight for my courier and get it.

You can instead walk to the destination and share the parcel with your recipient rather than using this courier service.

Hopeless courier service, my consignment booked 4days ago from Coimbatore isn't delivered yet. Online status shows out for delivery but their office remained shut

It's service is worst. My parcel was stuck there. They were not picking up the phone and not updating the courier status on the website. The contact number on the site were not working and the customer number are not answered. I will never recommend anyone to use this courier service.

Horrible Courier service, The tracking showed that they delivered the package and did not do it. Tried to call on their phones, it goes un answered. I tried their portal to lodge a complaint and it goes to a dead end. Ultimately, it looks like i will not get my package. No minimum courtesy of calling the customer. Use this company only if you want to loose the package.

If by chance yo get your courier here, dont think just go and collect. Rather i would say, never use this courier.

Don, t mind how big business yours. Customer is god in every-business organization, either you never attend the calls nor deliver the courier after few days You sent back parcel & report, client untraceable or On the tracking report Delivered With Signature but parcel has n, t been received

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. Phone number given on the website does not work; even if we get alternate numbers people does not pick up the phone call. Sometimes the phone will be busy, but if you call from same number, they do not respond.

Also, some lady from Whitefield say some pin codes not covered in service area so deliveries have been sub-let to another franchise which takes forever to deliver urgent parcels.

It's been more than one month and I'm able to find my courier. My bike's original RC was in that courier. Worst service.
