Trackon Couriers

Hopeless service never ever book in this. Cheaters they have not delivered even after the consignment reached 2 days before. No response from the Dispatch centre or the delivery boy.

They didn't deliver my order but when my friend went to collect they gave it quickly We did call but no one received the call. It would be great if you guys would mention in your website for us to come and collect the package it would save time rather than waiting for days

Parcel pahunchne Tak mein time pe deliver nahin karta hai do din apne pass parcel rakhta hai

Without contacting me courier went back. This is another way of grabbing business. I never recommend this courier service to any one

Very bad. By mistake also don't do any courier service with this company.
No courier service take leave on Sunday. Believe me, my parcel arrived in Bangalore at 16: 41 on Saturday and it did not move till Monday.
Any professional courier would have sent my parcel on same day and I would have received the same on Sunday.
They are not fit to run courier service when they take Sunday as break.

Third class service. Mr George D'Souza who's assigned isn't answering call from 1 month order is stuck in Mangalore

My parcel reached the Mangalore hub 5 days ago, yet they didn't call me. Today I came to know about the parcel's arrival thru website. I am waiting outside their shop. Its 11 am & they haven't open the shop yet. Their mobile number is switched off. Pathetic.

One of the very worst courier service and arrogant staff. If you can't run the business shut it down. They have taken door delivery charges, when I called for material they rudely said if you want come and collect otherwise we will deliver as per our convenient. Never seen such a worst service.

Please don’t use there services they are worst. My parcel which had medicine came from Mumbai dint delivered for 10 days they kept in there office. When asked they dint have any answers.

Worst courier company. Item reaches final destination but they are not bothered to deliver it. Items will be lying for 6-7 days. Sadly ICAI uses these to courier books to students.

They are not telling any track details and even not inform to the customer if it's arrived. Do deal this trackon

Whomsoever is reading this, I request not to use the services from Trackon Couriers. We had a courier placed from Chennai to Mangalore which has taken more than 5days yet not delivered. We called them and the guy started shouting on us for calling two times. First they said it will be delivered on time, then they said it's going to take longer because of no staff after then they never responded. It's sad to see such theft.
They just say if you need your Parcel come and collect it from here.also they say different excuses and behave rudely with us.

Very bad customer service. The staff is rude too. They took the courier order and then called me and said my address is not servicable and I need to travel for an hour to collect it. If this was the case, they should have informed earlier and we would use some other courier service.

Very bad experience, I am tracking my parcel from past 2 days, it shows arrived at destination, and I am waiting for them to deliver to my place. I have not yet received any call. The parcel was very important and they've simply delayed it

Worst service. Material taking time from 03.11.2021 to 17.11.2021 to reach Bangalore from Faridabad. And at the end movement delivery is not done to the location. Worthless to work with track on.
