Best place to work but the management is worst especially the HR i worked for 6 months in HDFC concierge process but the manager kartik would use to give fake promises for incentives even doing 2 cr of target for a month with sales team later i asked to increase my package they deined and then i had to dropped my resignation but they didn't accept it and the manager asked to abscond without taking the salary.transact was the place i had learnt many things within 6 months in my batch i was the one who was up to the mark in all the aspects sales quality operations and because of the manager kartik i had leave transact global without my salary and when it comes to professionalism I was ready to serve notice period but manager didn't accepted My resignation and i had no other option to abscond

Hi. I joined transact in the year of 2018 as a process trainer. The most worst company i ever worked for. There is no job security there. They don't treat employees in a good way. I personally suggest do not ever join to that company. I was informed not to continue the work post my maternity leaves. I personally requested vimitha training manager. She denied to rejoined. And there is no appraisal as well.
If you are a fresher there there are many other options to join like 24/7.ai, Omega helthcare etc. Rather that wasting your time here HR Priyanka is very rude don't have professional acthics and even receptionist Rekha will know your salary lol.
Worst company, Not employee Centric. A manager named *CHETHAN* is very worst, rude and not at all understandable. He treats people working under him as his own slaves. People try to work hard and give 100% performance but still, the manager do not appreciate their work and always demotivate them. Worst place to work. We have many other startups and other BPO Centres who treat very well to their employees, i would suggest every one to search for a better company with a better salary.

I would like to give 5 rating because HR Manager Abilisha was extremely helpful and supportive during my interview for the Team Leader position which was held 2 weeks back and I would also thank Sharath and Sr Managers from the operations.
Unfortunately I had to refuse the offer due to the fact that I was offered 3.8 Lakhs CTC which was pretty less comparing to my previous CTC.
As my previous experience was in the same field (Travel background) and as I was also experience in GDS tools like SABRE and AMADEUS they should have at least informed me to try applying for an AM role with 5 Lakhs CTC and may be I would have definitely taken the offer or the HR team should have told me to wait and apply for the AM Role when there is an Opening.

Note - ° According to me Travel business is very risky Business as every scenarios we deals with Customers money. ° Again according to me it is also not very easy to find candidates who has previous experience at a travel company.
- It is always good to have an alternative Option for the candidates who is already selected and when they refuses the job due to high salary expectation. I really don't know weather the company thinks about Business development.
Suggestion- Alternative option will always reduce our work pressure.

Bad experience in interview. The lady who took interview fr me Fouzia. She has not given me time to decide also, nd I hav a work experience in BPO process fr 2years, nd I was taking a gud salary. Here she is offering me vry less salary nd after that I hav informed her vry politely that salary is too less, atleast change me fr other process bt she is least bother about it. Had a job requirement and had attended interview over telephone and was selected for a process called Bonito and post getting certified then i was asked to report and work from office which i could not as i had already informed i am looking for work from home, it was agreed and was provided training. Later from team leader in bonito says to log out and speak to HR team and now I have received a termination letter which was not my fault from my end. I have not been paid for the number of days i worked and i did not receive any reply from the HR team.

Saturday i attended interview I have 3 years experience they asked me what is your current CTC I told 20400 per month but still they are telling they will give 17000 CTC per month then what is the use of having experience? But still I asked for same CTC 20400 but they did not agree.
