We have taken a car rental for our family trip to Mysore, they have provided us a very reasonable rate compared to other car rentals. Very professional and experienced driver's. For our trip we got driver name called Lakshman, he is soo friendly and he made us extremely happy with his behaviour and politeness. He recommended too few places around Mysore. Very highly recommended driver for your trips around in Bangalore. 5 star ratings to Car rentals and Driver lakshman. Hope this review helps for who looks for car rentals.

We are a group of family traveling in Bengaluru and they (travel agency) didn't have any planned tour package and cheated with demanding more money. Don't go for it.

Loved the booking experience and charges are really attractive. Customer support is great. The whole experience was smooth. Easy booking, no follow-ups required. Relationship Manager assigned to my booking was very cooperative and supportive. Excellent service from the driver Mr. Viswanathan Raman. He was very punctual, had guided us through our day planning. Thanks to him - we had good vegetarian food throughout our stay at reasonable prices. He had very precise and accurate details of everything around the place and was very fluent in English too.

Best customer service. Spoke to Akash from their customer service team regarding my change of requirements. He quickly resolved the issue.
Availed the services of Travel Mind car rentals across Mysore, Ooty, Kodaikanal & Coorg over a period of 8 days. The cars were all excellent and driver was very polite and cooperative. Some even gave relevant advice in con prons tourist destinations. However, the customer support was prompt and receptive to itinerary changes. Will definitely choose Travel Mind for my next trip.

Hey people / tourists. I was cheated by believing the 5star ratings in Google Earlier. I opted this travel agency for my tour schedule. They receive and treat us very nicely till we paid advance and after that they treated us very rudely. The travel agency should be shamed for themselves. They don't have any commitment to their values and policies. Money is the only priority for them. In my travel, they said you can use the car of 220 km and finally they limited it to 190 on the trip. The management is harsh. Not worth booking with this.

Don't get into the trap by seeing 5 star rating and reviews. In this world getting 5 stars is common (they might be the paid ones) the genuine reviews will be lengthy and will have their experiences detailed.

Worst travel agency ever. Don't opt for it please else you'll lose money and enjoyment.we are traveling from Bengaluru to Chennai and they cheated us.

We almost booked our cab at last moment (day before of our trip), Travel Mind team accepted our request and provided cab on time.

Cheaper than any other outstation rental services present online.
Customer support was good as they immediately changed our driver and car when the other one cancelled.
Car we got was very clean and driver was very friendly and created no fuss during entire journey. Recommended.

While I had to book 8 days trip starting Bangalore - I did a lot of research. I am posting this so it helps others. Apart from basic customer support (which was indeed decent), a trip's happiness quotient relies much on driver. Our driver didn't look for opportunities to extract money via means like interstate tax theft etc. Not only my driver, as per my understanding, everyone working here as drivers gets more money in terms of batta etc.so they are strictly advised not to expect money from customers. Drivers in general should be trained like this, to behave properly and professionally, and not look for petty money & screw off customers happiness.

We had availed Cab Services for our Trip to Wayanad, Allepey, Thekkady & Munnar for 10 days. Travel Mind Car Rentals has provided a reliable and quality service - we were impressed with their Booking procedure of car and customer support.
However, we suggest that 'Travel Mind' should use location platform used by Uber so that customers would find it easy. Over all, I recommend 'Travel Mind' for it's nice service.

Disappointed with their service. I won't recommend this to anyone. They come up with low price and increase the price in the mid of the trip.

I want to a negative rating but I am forced to give atleast one star. Worst ever service and all the five star ratings that you see in reviews are posted by the owners itself. "Deepak" remember the name, this guy will speak nicely and convince you to fall into a trap and then applies his own set of terms and conditions and will not allow you to enjoy your trip. No respect to customer at all. I curse you and your car rentals that soon your company would be turned to ashes. Requesting all others not to blindly believe the 5 star fake ratings. Everyone in Travel Mind are experts in looting customers.

Good service. 7days ago I hired a Innova car for 5 days trip of North karnataka. Travel agent promised to provide good condition but driver came with bad condition car with worst AC and pickup of car was not good. Driver (Rohith) cheated us by asking all the money on 4th day and didn't come for 5th day also took his meal and staying expenses from us. But travel agent helped us atlast. Since driver didnt come again to them. Travel agent helped us in returning the remaining amount of the travel expenses.

Worst experience I ever had.

1. We were travelling from Bangalore to chickmangaluru. We have planned Innova for our trip and In the last moment they came up with another vehicle and charged more.
2. We have planned to visit kudremukh for treck and national park, when we went there we were informed by the check post police that it was closed three months back.
3. Being a 4.9 rated travel agency we would expect that they would be at least knowing this before handed but they did not inform us wasting half of our day.
4.once we returned from kudremukh (already wasting half of our day) and planning to visit a near by place from chickmangaluru after lunch, we got a phone call from travel agency saying "we could not visit any other place and should only start again next morning". This has been done to us though we are left with our daily limit of 250KM.
5. They dot follow the terms and conditions mentioned in their own site.
6. Before starting the trip we have clearly mentioned him that, we are hiring the cab to roam in and around chickmangaluru (since they did not provide any itinerary). But the travel agent guy keep Calling us everyday and disturbing us saying you are not allowed to visit this that.when we were fed up with his calls and asked him to provide an itinerary of his own, he did not do so.
7. We were treated in a worst way and you should not be treating your costumers like this.

We had booked a car for a round trip bengaluru-mysore-ooty. It was a family trip so we expect everything to be perfect.

1. The car provided to us was in good condition.
2. Like they assure you, the driver was polite and well behaved.
3. We had an issue regarding our itinerary due to miscommunication between the agency and driver, so I informed them the same and it was taken care within 12 hours over the night which shows the commitment towards customer.

Some people may have issues regarding these-

1. If you speak Hindi, you may have problem communicating with drivers. Luckily our driver was able to communicate in Hindi and English.
2. Be prepared to pay extra bucks if you travel other states, although it will be mentioned in the bill that state tax & parking charges needs to be paid by customers. In our case we paid Rs 1000 as we traveled to Ooty which is in TN.

I have been using Travel Mind Car Rentals for at least two or may be more years, but never had any problem with the cars, drivers or call centres. If any changes were required, such a wanting a bigger vehicle from the smaller vehicle booked, the call centre will always do the needful and send the change immediately. Keep the good work going.
