I used it recently for a trip to munnar with family and friends.it was a very smooth experience of resort booking and stay.anupama in particular has been very helpful.i highly recommend their services.

We fell into their trap.
As it's a package of few holidays, it's not worth.
- breakfast not included, breakfast is usually complimentary in almost all 3-4 star hotels but not in theirs
- taxes not included
- better deals are always available in make my trip or similar websites
- we end up paying a lump-sum amount and their service is not up to the mark.

The 5 star reviews seen here are because they ll keep calling their customers and ask them to give 5 star reviews. Usually everyone obliges as they ll be having holiday contract left with them.

I REGRETTED joining Travelers mind and somehow finished their package tours as I did not want to waste my hard earned money.

Great service, always responses in a timely and helpful manner. No hassles with bookings or accommodation. We recently took a holiday to Shimla and Manali. They helped us with the complete package. The hotels suggested were really luxurious. The entire trip was organised well. Thank you Travelers mind for making our trip memorable.

Thank you Travelers Mind for making vacation such a memorable one. This was my first travel after getting affiliated with TM. The entire travel plan and booking was taken care just in a call with executives (Anupama and Sindhu). TM team followed up with Regenta on upgrading and select room of my choice. The stay had scenic view and hospitality is highly appreciated. Overall experience was really great and as promised during induction.

I would like to thank only Anupama mam for her efforts. As promised in the agreement in 2020 (without any exception of block leave) she has arranged a good property stay in ooty for the dates we requested. As our first experience, we got the booking by Travellers Mind. The Initial Booking done in delhi was not satisfactory but was promptly changed to a better accomdation at Delhi.
The Executive (Ms. Anupama) was always available on call for any kind support even in odd hours.
Overall it was an Excellent experience, hoping they maintain the same momentum for the years to come as other clubs lose momentum with time.
