Amazing experience! They booked hotels (Madurai, Rameshwaram and kanyakumari) and transportation, well arranged and properly taken care. Driver took responsibility to roam around and sightseeing places by himself. Hotel were neat and cleaned. We are with family! Big thank you to travostylz for giving memorable family trip.

Fraud Company.
They do not make the refund of air ticket booking and they blame either airlines or bank for the refund delay. At first they say the refund will be done within 2 weeks and later they say 4 weeks and then 8 weeks. The company does not have any contact numbers to speak with. Scammers. How come Indian Govt.is not taking any actions against these kind of companies and how come they are easily running their business in a metropolitan city with all these scams that they perform regularly.
Please do not make any business or work with this fraud group.

Worst travels, this type of companies are easily surviving in india, they are cheating the customer for refunding booking amount, they take more than 90 days to refund even airlines will not do.they blame the delay is from airline apart from charging 500% of higher cancellation charges service fee

Fraud bugdet air. Misleading the public. Legal action must be taken. Actually you guys don't even deserve one star.

This vendor does NOT deserve anyone's business! I lost my money, I hope you won't.

This company runs Vayama.com, which is an online travel agency.

The purchase itself was fine. However, I had to cancel my trip. The airline charges $150 cancellation fee, OK fine that's standard. Vayama/Travix charges $100 cancellation fee themselves for "administration costs" - this is an automated website so it is unreasonable to charge such high fees.

The customer representative agreed to reduce their fee by 50% before we went through with the cancellation.

Weeks went by, no refund nor written confirmation. Repeated requests via email to get a written breakdown of the refund was not responded to; they did reply saying they will "honor the agreed arrangement" (without stating the 50% in writing).

After 2+ months, the refund finally comes. BUT, not only did they NOT HONOR the agreement, they actually OVERCHARGED $50+ worth of cancellation fees without any explanation!

Attempts to clarify and work this out with them were unsuccessful.

Worst management ever.unworthy managers and HR on the floor! Interview process is terrible.full of politics based on caste and gender! This company won't survive for long.
Overall PATHETIC EXPERIENCE!

Worked in Travix (Bangalore Branch) for 1 year and 6 months. In the begining everything felt amazing. I loved it. It was my first job. As i moved on to customer service the environment was pathetic. You have to work your heart off and you don't get anything out of it. As time flew on it became a night mare working in Travix. I loved my colleuges but the management was really bad. I believe Travix would have been somewhere else by now if they had a better management. I wish Travix all the best and please treat all your agents like human beings. Many of us quit because of the way you treated all of us. You hurt us.

Budget air is fraud site. Please do not book any ticket they are cheaters. They will not response at all
