This is our first experience with Trawel Mart, We had been to Dubai through Trawel Mart.   It is one of the excellent tour operator in India. The team co-ordinator at Dubai Sri. Roopesh Shetty, Pradeep and Gururaj had given excellent service. The staying arrangement with Vegetarian food was awesome. The representatives from Bangalore Mrs. Mamatha and Kajal Madam are  constantly in touch with all the members throughout the tour.   The entire staff at Dubai and Bangalore are  very cooperative and polite, helpful. Overall it was a fantastic experience.   We highly recommend Trawel Mart for all the tours.

Special mention regarding food on all the three times daily there was no compromise on Indian tiffin, lunch and dinner. The itinerary planned was perfect and even certain extra places were covered. India team helped lot and responded then and there to mention Kajal and manikantan explained very well while booking.

Trawel Mart organised our Maldives trip. Everything was taken care of and the arrangement was excellent. There was no hassle anywhere and everything went smooth as per the itinerary shared. Accomodation at the resort and the resort had everything that was promised in the package. They were also always in touch inquiring about how the trip was panning out and if we needded any help. Trawel Mart created an amazing iteanrry for our Singapore trip in early April this year where we we had an amazing time and everything worked out seamlessly! They took all our requests in to consideration and were flexible and accommodative. They are so punctual and sticks to the schedule throughout the trip. Hotel location in particular were ideal so that we could explore the city very well. The process was flawless and extremely organized. It was a great vacation and definitely one of our best. We planned our first international trip to Bali with travel mart. It was a wonderful experience. From pick up to planning our itenery to drop back to the airport was planned so amazingly they just eased our worked. Stays were amazing luxurious yet affordable. We had booked through Trawel Mart for our Singapore trip.
People from here had arranged it well but their singapore counterpart team didnt keep the same standards that were set here.
Had to give three stars for the two incidents faced:
1. On our visit to Singapore zoo, we were denied entrance for River wonders, even though we had reached the place on time that was mentioned in the ticket shared and 2.on same day for return back to our hotel, they mentioned us to pick our own cab, even though we had opted for private transfer for pick up and drop off as part of our package and these were communicated to them multiple times on the same day of incidents.

Apart from these two mentioned things, we didnt face any other issues.

The overall experience was great. Mr. Mani was very professional and made sure the request made was accommodated and delivered.
All the bookings on arrival were as expected and met my requirements.

Recently I went to Thailand tour during Christmas 2022 through TrawelMart. Covered Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket. This is the 2nd instance I am going through TrawelMart on an International tour. They were very flexible and worked together on planning the trip right from flight schedules, accomodation, places to see and Food availability.
I was travelling with two kids and the trip was planned perfectly without any hassle. Local guidance was also provided along with on time pick and drop. Overall, the trip was wonderful and it was well organized. We enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely continue to use their services in future. Thank you.

Overall a good experience. Only issue with the stay at Havelock island. The food and service at the property was not good. However the response of the trawel mart team for all the queries was instant. I'm very happy with the services of the agency.

Well organised and all the places was super planned well. If iam planning again for any vacation i will be choosing Travelmart.

Visited Bhubaneshwar and enjoyed thoroughly the arrangements made. Though there were small hiccups, these were mainly due to last minute booking made by me.

We really had a great experience as well as enjoyment in collaboration with Trawelmart. Had a very good stay in hotels and amazing food. Drivers in the coach were very friendly. We felt little discomfort in Singapore - reason is drivers were not ready to leave us back to hotel after dinner. Hospitality given by Trawelmart was really wonderful. On the whole it was a great trip and a great trip plan. I will definitely recommend Trawelmart.

Very bad arrangements, horrible experience with them. After getting the money from me not bothered about anything just left us in Singapore. If I can give -5star that would have been suitable for them. Others please be careful with them.

We suman babu and swetha travelled to Dubai from 12-1-2020 to 17-1-2020.
Trawel mart had arranged for a wonderful trip.
Accommodation was done in a very hotel which had all the facilities.co ordinators took care of us and guidedvery well.all places were covered, vehicles time was well maintained. Food was tasty n hygienic at all restaurants.

Had one of the worst experience traveling to Singapore & Malaysia. (2017). They booked one of the cheapest airline possible, where even no water was served to the passengers.
Day 1: Singapore city tour, no breakfast not allowed to check-in & fresh up in the hotel. Had to travel without food most of the time.

Day 2: Sentosa island, no guide, we missed the bus due to miscommunication and none from trawelmart will contact if you missed the bus. I had to personally pay 50$ (SGD) to get back to hotel. The MD of this organization shouted on us.

Day 3: Malaysia, hotel was good. But the food was horrible. Despite taking so much money & trying to charge they make your life so miserable. I recommend not to choose this anytime for foreign tours
