We have booked multiple trips to various destinations from Trawel Mart since 2018, and each time they have lived up to our expectations. From start to end, it has been hassel free. As per the plan everything went well, there was a well experienced team and they have given an update and follow up with us at all the places, all the van drivers was very much friendly, room at Pattaya was good and Bangkok room was not up to the mark and not suggested as it is very small and not at all comfortable.

We got a normal bus without no hop on.

We went to Thailand with travelmart. The trip was well organized however at some places the time was wasted in intercity transfers during the day. Spots covered in Phuket city tour were not good, there are better spots and could have being managed well. Driver who was arranged for Phuket city tour car drove rashly. I was unwell for that day when we had Phuket city tour due to motion sickness but recieved not even a word of help from tour guide on this day. Krabi would have being tour of two days full nightsinstead of utilising a day from transferring from Phuket to Krabi after city tour. Safari and Marine tour at Bangkok was wrapped up hurriedly since the driver was in real hurry and wanted to get done with his job, he drove fast even inside safari park and we were not able to even see animals properly. However it good if u are lazy enough to plan itinerary on your own and need lot of rest when u travel.

They were proactive in getting paper work done for the trip to and fro.

First of all this was my first time with trawel mart and had great hopes on them. I felt they dint do the justice to what they had promised earlier. I chose them as they were popular now and had good number of reviews and unfortunately dint work out very well for us.
I won't say the service was bad but they had to be a little more professional I what I mean.
Things that turned us off.
1. They had to inform us about the early check in and the charges for it as we had a late night flight from India and had to sit in the lobby for almost 4 to 5 hours (it wouldn't have been a problem only if we youngsters had gone but unfortunately I had taken my parents with us and upon informing the team that my father was a cardiac patient and had undergone a surgery for the pace maker just 1 month ago they just let this thing down) there was no one to answer our calls or respond from the team.upon repeated calls and msgs they tried talking to the hotel people which had to be done earlier.
The start of our trip was really horrible.
2. All the so called shared transfers kinda made us wait and people on board kept on coughing and dint bother to wear the mask even after repeatedly telling them and the driver. (probably this is out of the teams hands)
3. For floating market we paid 800 bhat which was extra (this actually was supposed to be included in the package.this is how all of them work and we did enquire with other agencies and the floating market there) they kinda gave discount and made us pay this directly
4. For the island tour we had to pay 800 bhat per head as some govt charges which most of them dint pay as they told us that it was included (again the discounts they gave plays a role here)
5. There was no complimentary water bottles etc provided by them as exclusive deals.which most of the agencies does.
6. Not comparing and telling they are bad but this dint overall work out as the way we wanted (as we always have been so comfortable with the mmt)
Over all I can rate them 3 out of 5 as there were some good points too.

Story starts here as I am interacting with Trawelmart like from last 5 months, I was very much specific to design my December travel and was wondering who can guide the best, so just started with simple Hi to this team and guess, no turning back, because now I am done with an amazing trip with infinite memories because of the hassle free arrangements being taken care by this fantastic team ️

5 months! And any conversation with multiple questions were always answered and ensured with regular updates to me. This was a duo trip and my partner loved my selection and shocked to see the perfect execution and we kept praising this team during our entire tour. I was super proud again for choosing trawelmart, because getting these kind of appreciation notes from Geography professor is quite a tough job

We opted Turkey, Wow, the arrangements from the airport pickup till visiting the places as per the iternary was mesmerizing.

I was shocked to see the facilities provided from the pickup services, the type of cars, soft skills, accomodation, food, air tickets, visa, covering the places, following up, tracing us, prior updates, 24/7 availability to ensure about us, what not!

Special mention: Mamatha, from Malleshwaram Bangalore team. She was there all the time and the type of response being received from day 1 till today remains the same, the customer centric approach of Mamatha's is highly commendable, and not just during her working hours, many times she managed to give in time responses even at odd hours, I must say, you and your team kept the promises and trawelmart team, Mamatha highly deserves promotion, and Mamatha, thank you so much for being there and ensuring us to travel back with amazing memories.

Whoever is reading this, if you are confused whether to go with this team or not, don't worry just opt them and I guarantee you that you will have a perfect travel and hand holding support always.

We planned a holiday to Vietnam with a very short notice & happened to find Trawel Mart details on Instagram & we were glad to have connected with Mamtha. She was meticulous enough to respond back quickly to all our queries and shared the complete itinerary with all necessary details within a short time. We were able to close the bookings but what followed was great hospitality & coordination between teams. Mamtha all along ensured that there was complete clarity in communication & our holiday went extremely well. The tour was guided throughout & they took special care of our vegetarian meals requirement. The whole trip was organised very professionally & we always had someone to reach to even in case you needed any additional support or requirement while holidaying. ** WORST EXPERIENCE WITH TRAWELMART**

We opted for TRAVEL MART thinking that our abroad Vacation would be hassle free but I and my family badly regret for choosing the one.
1 We landed in Dubai at 12 pm, waited for the driver to arrive and no coordinator came- without any rest/ did not even checked -in in the hotel.
They took us to one street side hotel for lunch, they is no hygin and clean. We had some thing and came back.
2. Inspite of knowing the fact that, we were traveling with kids and infants, after such a long day, the manager suggested a worst possible hotel for lunch.
3. After lot of follow - ups we were taken to a good restaurant on the second day but not to miss that the driver denied to drop us back to hotel after dinner.
4. Manager was pathetic at providing service.
5. There was no proper guidance given to us when in anywhere as we were totally clueless but somehow managed to explore the place on our own.
6. While leaving we have asked manager for the explanation, he said you don't talk to me, u speak to whomsoever i don't care.
: TRAVEL MART is all about Bad service, rude Managers, messed up plans. **PLEASE DONT OPT TRAVEL MART AS YOU ARE SURE TO LOSE YOUR MENTAL PEACE**

Customized tour was well organised but still scope for improving services in finalization of itenary, arrangement of hotel and food at some places. Overall good experience with organiser especially Puspa madam.

Well planned trip it was I can say, from the very first day of planning for the trip till the end the commitment was the same. They were in touch with us all through the trip. Any problem, one call was sufficient to solve the issue. Great job by Pushpa madam and the whole team.

I booked my parents first international trip to Maldives through them. I was really worried because my parents were travelling alone for the first time that to International, but Pushpa Ma'am and Dilip Sir really helped them a lot through WhatsApp everyday, they booked everything and keep asking them everyday whether they had any issue or not, all the reports, tests and flights everything was done by them. The prices were also reasonable and compared to other travel companies, were very accurate.
If anyone is looking for an international trip for your parents, you can actually book through them, because they actually receives the call every time and guide your parents through everything.
