Staff was very courteous. Rooms were clean. Not sure about the pricing as need to visit more hotels in Bangalore to understand the price point.

It’s a very good hotel for the price range, if u walk 100mts you can catch bus, medical stores and all stores are nearby.

Please don't be shocked / surprised by the location. Once you step in, the entire scenario changes.
The rooms are decent, considering that you would spend a night or so. The washrooms were immaculate with excellent hot water.
All basic facilities are available.
Incase you are planning for staying longer than a day or two or using your laptop and need to prance around while working, this is not the place for you. Space is limited.

The hotel offers an excellent buffet breakfast with Toast, Eggs and Dosas being provided on request.
The quality and the quantity of the food is also excellent.

They dont allow even a single extra person. So, commercial place but not with online prices. They charge you more for extra room. Only book online and add extra persons at first.

The rooms were good, but they didn't had early check in and told me to wait till noon or take the suite room. Else everything was good.

Booked 2 rooms. One was small and the other one was quite good. Lucky to get good rooms. The location is too bad and it is interior from the main road. The hotel road is narrow and the entrance ambiance is not satisfactory. The photo they posted and the real has a huge gap. The price they quote is not worth it.

We have taken Room for 2 days. Rooms are clean and neat. But they don't allow the guests during the day time also. They forced us book one more room to allow them inside. Beacuse after calling guests we can't send them back without Any reason. Also n
TV not working, no wifi if we complain so many times also they won't take care.they simply say we informed the vendor's after 1 day waiting also same response. Even service not at all good. Breakfast timing 7: 30 to 10: 30 if we go by 8 am they will say 8: 30. So over all fraud guy's without proper service they are looting the guests.

Good hotel. Stayed here for 5 days and was happy with the neatness. The room service is great. Hygiene standards are wonderful. Wifi had some issue but overall great experience.
Location is a bit zig zag but one can have a landmark of RT nagar police station. You have Mc d, pizzahut, CCD at walking distance. Peaceful stay. Rooms are decent. Toileteries are too good.

After getting a booking confirmation through their customer care. We went to check in and the front desk person told us rudely that there are no rooms available despite of insisting to show him our booking he didn’t listen a word and without even asking our names he denied any talks with us. We left from the hotel and called customer care again and they told that they have rooms available so it was very confusing and very disappointed behaviour from front desk person in the middle of the heavy rain.

Very bad staff, no food available. Not to go with family. Attitude of the staff was quite rude.

Visited with couple of friend of mine. Booking is mendatory as fair is difference. Polite staff. Need to improve front deck and crockery. As they provide us breakage crockery. Otherwise hygiene is prompt.
